A player's profile can change, Hall can be a LB or a CM, we saw Trent play midfield few times for Liverpool and he seemed better at it than at RB self. Hall may even be a better backup at lb if he stays than cucurella currently is. If it works Chelsea won't look or seem desperate to sign Caicedo and may get him later for a better price than 100m

Good you sighted Caicedo in your first paragraph. I was saying we need an aggressive DM like Caicedo to pair with Enzo.

He’s already doing that. He has reiterated how playing in different positions is an edge for Maatsen and how he intends to have him in his plans.

Ian finished strongly with Burnley last season, making the Championship team of the season.

He can’t go all the way this season, in the same manner Reece, Mount, Tomori and Abraham did.

I have no idea why or how Maatsen ended up as a left back. He’s the perfect support winger for the modern game.Great delivery, presses like mad, can beat his man, and can make runs for days. Type of player that can really fill in the gaps in an attack and turn it from good to great.

Gusto is a good no nonsense player. He had big boots to fill left by azpi and he's been brilliant so far. A perfect backup to Reece.

Jackson again really impressive people call him drogba but I think he is more like diego running around and trying to unsettle defenders.

Nkunku will be the one to watch he is still adjusting to his new position.

The biggest takeaway from this match was that we are evolving from backpass FC. I am happy with that.

If only Gallagher possesses Maatsen’s football ability as Attacking midfielder. Maatsen one touch play to strikers is what we really need and a player like Jackson will heavily benefit from it.

TBH, Mudryk hasn’t been doing much as an inverted winger. He just has the potentials to be up there with the likes of Vini, Gnabry, etc but he’s not just there yet.

If he’s going to be anything or better than Vini, then he must know when to use his speed and skill to beat an opponent 1v1, he must know when to roam into those half spaces, he must know when to race in behind to finish off moves and score, lastly, he must also know when to prioritize chance creation and playing passes into the penalty area.

He’s entirely sold on runs and runs. That’s not what boys are doing now. The likes of Foden and Saka aren’t even scared to drift in-field and get involved in the play, but our boy prefers to hug the line more, we’re not living in the days of Gareth Bale anymore.

Angelo is a delight to watch and he can develop to become great, if he is nurtured well and mentored by Silva. I am sure at least one of Morreira and Angelo will stay, if Ziyech remains.

I can understand the need for a solid DM like Caceido, when we have those young tricksters upfront. Most of our opponents won't want to go toe to toe and may want to rely on counter attacks. You don't want to have a Busquets in such situations.

You really understand foorball, a solid DM like Caicedo and can also handle the ball very well is needed behind Enzo and the attackers.
