A British holidaymaker is in a critical condition after falling 12 feet from a balcony during a ‘passionate sex session’ in full public view, according to reports.

The 30-year-old man and his Canadian lover, 28, were having a “passionate sex session” on a balcony in an incident which happened at he Riviera seaside resort of Le Cannet in the south of France.

They fell over the railings at around 12.30am on Saturday, August 17, and were rushed to Pasteur Hospital, Nice. The woman reportedly suffered minor injuries because she was cushioned by the man’s body when they landed.

An investigator said: “The couple were seen making love on the balcony of their holiday rental flat. They were becoming very passionate indeed, and suddenly toppled from the first floor of the villa into the street below. Neighbours called the emergency services immediately.”

Police are now investigating whether the couple were drunk or on drugs and nobody else is believed to have been involved.

Le Cannet is extremely popular with British tourists during the summer months.

A 30-year-old woman was found dead at the base of an apartment block in St Petersburg on the night of July 5 after falling from the ninth floor of a block of flats in Russia while having sex, but her partner survived after landing on top of her, what neighbours described as a wild party.

A father-daughter pair in Nebraska has been charged with one count of incest after admitting to police about their sexual relationship. Travis Fieldgrove, 39, and his 21-year-old daughter, Samantha Kershner, were arrested by Grand Island authorities on Wednesday, according to a statement from the police department, which noted that they became romantically involved in September 2018 despite being aware of their biological relationship before being intimate.

Kershner reportedly told authorities that ‘her motivation to have sex with her father stemmed from a jealous competition with her half sister regarding who could have sex with their father,’ according to the Omaha World-Herald.

Kershner grew up without her dad. She met him in 2015 after she told her mother that she wanted to find out who her father was and her mother arranged a meeting.

On October 1, 2018 the father and daughter got married at the Adams County Courthouse in Hastings, Nebraska.

While being questioned, Fieldgrove told police that he did not believe he was Kersher’s father because his name was not listed on her birth certificate.

But a DNA test was carried out by authorities and the paternity test results came back on January 14. The result determined that the probability that Fieldgrove is Kernsher’s father is 99.999 percent, according to court documents.

Fieldgrove later went on Facebook to claim that the test revealed Kersher was not his daughter.

Both were arrested on Wednesday and each were charged on one count of incest, according to the Grand Island, Nebraska police department. They are being held in Hall County Jail with Fieldgrove on $100,000 bail and Kershner on $20,000 bail.

A Landlord in Lagos, who is identified as Mr. Trust Ezekiel, 34, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly defiling five of his tenant’s sons at their Ijanikin residence.

The suspect, is said to have been molesting the children in his compound for years until one of them, a 10-year-old, who had endured the molestation for five years opened up to his elder brother and another child.

The alleged paedophile and landlord of no 10 Paul Anyawu Street, Era Ijaniki Lagos, was arrested on Friday, October 11, after the 10-year-old exposed him.

According to the minor,  the landlord had been sleeping with him through the anus since the age of five

Ezekiel, who is married and has two children, both girls, was said to have threatened the survivors that he would kill them if they spoke up.

One of the survivor’s, who cried that he didn’t want to die, said, “He always used olive oil to rub my anus then put his manhood inside. I always cry because it is painful.”

A neighborhood who spoke to THISDAY on anonymity said this abnormality had been going on for years without any suspicion.

He said the landlord got arrested after the victim complained to his elder brother and another little neighbour, a boy, who all confirmed that the landlord threatened to kill them if they ever say anything to anyone.

He said: “In the process of recounting his ordeal, one of the boy’s mother heard it and questioned them and they confessed.

“That was how the woman became enraged and involved people and the police into the matter.”

The suspect, who is currently at the Gender Unit of the Lagos State Police Command for investigation, is currently undergoing interrogation.

Confirming the arrest, the state Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Chike Oti, said further investigation is ongoing.

Oti confirmed the little boy’s testimony that the landlord had been penetrating him through the anus for years now, adding that “the little boy decided to let the cat out of the bag just on Friday after a long time”.

Meanwhile, the state Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal, has warned parents to watch over their sons with eagle’s eyes.

He said: “You must watch over these children. They are vulnerable and easy to fall prey.

“Who is your neighbour? Who lives in your neighborhood. Who does your child move with?”

He also assured Lagosians that the man must face the full wrath of the law on completion of investigation.

The Child Protection Network Coordinator for Oshodi-Isolo, Mr. Ebenezer Omejalile, in a statement, said they would act swiftly to ensure the survivors (all boys) get medical and psychological help.

He said: “The trauma is what will affect them. They need urgent help. And we will not rest until the perpetrator is punished for his heinous crime against these children, their parents and the nation.”

The boy initially told the police that he was being sexually assaulted in 1998 but his father denied it and lied to detectives and the boy was not believed. Years later the victim, now an adult aged in his 30s, complained again to the police and this time the father and the boy’s step-mother were both arrested.
