I started observing tooth pain last 2 months mostly when taking cold water after eating probably hot food.
I actually ignored it hoping it will soon stop but recently it is getting worse that I cannot sleep without taking pain relief tablets neither will I now drink water without using straw so to avoid water touching my teeth. I am scared visiting a dentist since little enquiries I made revolves tooth removal which I don't want to do; so I decide to seek for opinion and advise here from good dentist or people who had experience such.

please, is there anything I can do to treat d pain permanently without removing any of my teeth.
