whatx ur take on this? Honestly, i think uniport n other universities are exploiting innocent graduates...universities are suppose to settle jamb for us 2 get reg. number and not we prospective corpers...

I will advice you to go and pay the money asap, i passed through pre-degree too and my school ask us to pay 5k which we did, now my jamb reg number is ready. bro what should be ur priority now is mobilization not the money.

The news reaching me just now from my school (fedpoly offa) is that all the jambites who did not make the batch A lists will now pay 5k and write their data down at the DSA office for them to be mobilize for batch B.

Reason: Its is close to Lagos i would have preferred Lagos though but it is difficult for corpers to save all my alawee will go to transportation fair and accommodation. Since Ogun is close to the state, it will be very easy to attend job interviews and anytime i am bored i can always go to Lasgidi to have fun. Lol...cost of living and transportation fair is very cheap in Ogun but i dont know of accommodation but i know the state government pay 5k.

Expected challenges: Only if i am posted to a very dry village to teach. I dont want to teach o hahaha...For the Language i have no problem with that because i speak and understand Yoruba although not fluent but i can cope.

Our beloved sister knew that the NYSC regalia is trousers and would have abstained if trousers was against her faith. It's like a christian going to a night club and protesting against alcohol and s.ex afteral, there is 'freedom of expression of religion '. There is a difference between faith and rebellion. Faith is her believing she wouldn't do NYSC and still land a fantastic job. Faith is NYSC certificate would be waived for her after an interview. Rebellion is knowing the rule of a institution is against your beliefs and you still join with the intent of disobeying that rule.

I am very sure that the NYSC uniform was designed when it was rare for women to wear trousers in Nigeria so it's obvious it is not for fashion or 'trying to go against people's religion'. She would not even be able to participate in most activities of camp which itself is the sin of disobedience.

We are 'free' to worship as we like in Nigeria but MUST obey the rules of every institution we decide to join. A 14yr old has the 'freedom' to sleep at anytime but such a child would be punished if he/she is caught sleeping in class or hostel during school/activity hours and would be punished if he/she is caught awake or prowling during sleep hours. It's also like a christian going to the mosque and protesting she doesn't to wear hijab even though it's against the policy of the mosque (an institution) to leave your hair open. Afteral, she has the freedom to open her hair in Nigeria.

Christianity is a way of life and not a religion. Would a Christian refuse to wear hijab if she goes to Saudi? Does the hijab negate her salvation?

For muslims and christians wondering why christians are not 'supporting' her, The Bible is against rebellion. It is as the sin of witchcraft.

i dont agree with u at all, even the bible say give unto what is for caesar to caesar, i dont think wearing trousers for 3 weeks should be problem mind you she know skirt is not allow before accepting to go to camp.

then people should learn to obey the rules and regulations of the nysc too. where there is no laws there is no punishment, wearing trousers is d habit of corp members so that u will be able to do all the activities in camp smartly e.g you can not climb a tree, fence or rope with skirt. please what is good is not good, she knows all ths before so why trying to poof a point and mind you she is not the first person this will happen to.

It's some sorta photocopied paper you fill with details like name, dept, course DOB e.t.c and you also attach your passport picture with your Jamb reg. No written @ d back of the passport. What sch did you graduate from? I guess you should as your "seniors" how they went about theirs, if they filled a mobilisation form.

So yeah, its necessary you finish your clearance on time and it cld be a criteria for mobilisation in that for your name to appear on the list DSA'll be sending to Abuja, senate must have approved ur results and they also check to make sure you completed necessary clearance that you are told to. Are you still in Ife?

please which one is nysc mobilization form? because we were not given in our school.we only fill the clearance form even my result is ready.
