Business / 5 Simplified Major Keys Of Business Creation by HerexG(m): 5:41pm On Jun 15, 2017
You have read so many business creation articles, post and journals in the past, trust me most them might likely look too ambiguous or not that understandable, today i will try as much as possible to break it down to its simplest form for business starters. I will expose and simplify the major keys in creating a business, so follow me as we journey towards bringing that business into life, bellow are the 5 simplified mayor keys of setting up a business……..

1. Business Idea: The very first thing needed in business creation is not money or capital, goods, shop or space, the very first thing you need is A Business Idea. A business without an idea would never stand the test of time, like a dust it would be blown off by the though economy wind. Business without an idea is most likely to drift away and latter crumble because there’s no idea or structure guarding it. Just like the blueprint of a building, a business idea is the blueprint of a business, it is the business modus operandi . So catch that Business idea today, for it could be the birth of that multi-million dollar firm the world is waiting for.

2.Content Creation: Now i assume that you have gotten that million dollar idea, it is now time to translate that idea from being just an idea into a business content. Content creation is the process of creating the business itself. At this stage so much effort is required to bring that idea to light, this stage requires you putting the business idea on a black and white document, giving comprehensive business details, what kind of product or services to sell and how to go about it. Now lets take a Tin of milk for a case study. You walk up to a store to buy a Milk and you later discovered that the Tin of milk is empty and without content, you will most definitely return the Tin of milk because it is without content. Business content is the main reason why you are in business, we pay the milk company because of the content they created “Milk”, we pay the Cable TV company provider because of the content they made available to us “TV programs”. This stage would determine how far the business would thrive, create great content and flourish, create low quality content and diminish.

3.Value Creation: Now our million dollar business idea is taking shape, value creation is all about developing and refining your business content into valuable use. Imagine a brand of Milk without a beautiful and easy to use container, imagine cable TV station with good drama/content without you being able to you being able to switch easily to other TV stations, imagine a Soft drink without an enticing easy to use In the other hand value creation works in hand with Content Creation because your content should be able to add value to your customers, no value, no business. So Value Creation must be considered during Content creation and Packaging.

4.Marketing: We are making progress aren’t we? This is the stage you take your business and services to your targeted consumers or client, if they are not aware of your products and services there would be no sales. So you must draw out a marketing plan for your business, how to take or drive your business to your targeted audience. The marketing department is another tasking aspect, it is comprehensive and structured, you play by the rules of the marketing game, so you reap its benefit ( I will discuss marketing another day).

5.Get paid: Do all the above written article and watch people paying you like Mr Aliko Dangote would say:
"In the journey to success, tenacity of purpose is supreme"

Romance / Re: My Girlfriend Doesn't Know That I Am Multi-millionaire by HerexG(m): 10:01am On Jun 12, 2017
Bro your relationship is in a state called the elastic limit, the relationship has stretched to the point of breaking or bouncing back stronger the ball is in your court. On your partners end I feel she's getting bored already with the relationship, it's now in ur hands to stare it up, add more spices to the relationship, love her so hard that she won't even remember the twitter she's replacing your time with. Ladies are emotional creatures, they follow whoever touches their emotions whether rich or broke. With my current financial state the girl I'm dating now might be too good for me but I realized that I have no much money yet but I figured out way to reach her emotions and Flood it with love and attention. Making her feel at home with me, getting so addicted of my company that she would look for me whenever she's less busy. Like Bob Marley would say "Stare it up " that's all you need stop the victimization ideology. Any lady that will accept you being broke at first it's for real, the only reason she's keeping the relationship secret is because she's not yet sure if you are for real. So love her till she loose her guards
Crime / 3 Nigerians Jailed 235 Years In US For Online Scamming by HerexG(m): 9:23am On May 30, 2017
Three Nigerian scammers who befriended many of their victims on dating sites have been slammed  huge prison sentences by a Mississippi court after making tens of millions of dollars from their schemes. Oladimeji Seun Ayelotan, 30, was sentenced to 95 years in prison; Rasaq Aderoju Raheem, 31, was given 115 years and Femi Alexander Mewase, 45, got 25 years behind bars, according to a report by https://www.infosecurity-magazine.com

A court in the Southern District of Mississippi had in February found them all guilty of crimes including mail fraud, wire fraud, identity theft, credit card fraud and theft of government property. Ayelotan and Raheem were also found guilty of conspiracies to commit bank fraud and money laundering. Dating back to at least 2001, the scammers were involved in multiple internet fraud schemes, resulting in losses in the tens of millions, according to the Department of Justice.

It claimed that they would befriend women on dating sites, establish a romantic relationship and then either get them to send money or have them participate in fraud schemes, usually without the victim’s knowledge. The unsuspecting women would sometimes be required to cash counterfeit checks and money orders; use stolen credit card details to purchase goods; and use stolen personal information to take over victims’ bank accounts. They were also apparently used to launder money via Western Union and MoneyGram, and re-package and re-ship goods obtained fraudulently. A whopping 21 defendants have already been charged in this ongoing case, 12 of whom have pleaded guilty to charges involving conspiracy and 11 of whom have been sentenced.

The three Nigerians were among the six extradited  from South Africa by US Department of Justice in 2015 to face charges of running a series of scams against gullible Americans over the past 16 years. Fourteen others resident in the US were also arrested to face trial in Gulfport, Mississippi on nine federal charges, including conspiracy to commit identity theft, wire fraud, bank fraud, theft of US government funds, and conspiracy to commit money laundering. The indictment  states that since 2001 the accused, were part of a string of scams against Americans, facilitated by internet communications. These include the longstanding 419 scheme, whereby a massive windfall is promised once a small number of payments have been provided, but the DoJ claims it went much further than that.

The team was also accused of running romance stings to bilk the lonely of funds, shipping fraud, running fake work-from-home businesses, check fraud, and plain-old hijacking of other people’s bank accounts and credit cards to divert funds. Global fraud continues to grow thanks to the internet and an increase in the use of both anonymizing technology and bots designed to mimic human behavior. ThreatMetrix, which analyzes 20 billion annual transactions, blocked 130 million fraud attempts in Q1 alone, a 35% increase on the same time last year. However, it is Europe that has become a major fraud hotspot. There were 50% more fraud attempts originating from the region than the US in the quarter, the firm claimed.

Religion / “Every Pastor Who Collects Tithes Is A Thief” by HerexG(m): 4:33am On Mar 26, 2017
As far as many pastors are concerned, the most important scripture of all is not to be found in the word of Jesus. Neither is it even in the New Testament. That scripture says: “‘Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and try me now in this,’ says the LORD of hosts, ‘If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.’” (Malachi 3:10).

This scripture is drummed repeatedly into Christians on Sundays. However, the only time Jesus mentioned tithing in scripture, he pointed out that it was not a weighty matter of the law. (Matthew 23:23). Hebrews says people only receive tithes “according to the law.” (Hebrews 7:5). It then insists tithing (and everything else under the law) has been annulled: “The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless.” (Hebrews 7:18-19). Nevertheless, mercenary pastors continue to insist on the payment of tithes….

Latter-day Pharisees
Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for keeping part instead of the whole law. (Matthew 23:23). That is what tithe-collecting pastors do today. If we insist our congregants must pay tithes, we must also insist that they keep the rest of the law. James says: “Whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.” (James 2:10). Therefore, if we insist on tithing, we should also refrain from eating pork. We should stone adulterers, execute homosexuals, kill Sabbath violators and restore blood-sacrifices.

Tithe-collecting pastors counter this by maintaining the payment of tithes pre-dated the law. Here Abraham is cited as the cardinal example of someone who paid tithes before the promulgation of the Law of Moses, as did Jacob, his grandson. However, such arguments are disingenuous.

Before the law, tithing was at best an example but not a commandment. Moreover, pastors fail to mention that Abraham only tithed once in his lifetime. When he did, he did not even tithe his own money: he tithed the spoils of war. He gave ten percent of the plunder he took when he rescued Lot to Melchisedec, king of Salem. But then he did not even keep the rest but returned it (all ninety percent) to the king of Sodom.
For his part, Jacob also tithed only once. He did this in a “let’s make a deal” arrangement he offered to God: “Jacob made a vow, saying, ‘If God will be with me, and keep me in this way that I am going, and give me bread to eat and clothing to put on, so that I come back to my father’s house in peace, then the LORD shall be my God. And this stone which I have set as a pillar shall be God’s house, and of all that you give me I will surely give a tenth to you.’” (Genesis 28:20-22). This kind of deal about accepting God only under certain self-serving conditions should certainly not be a term of reference for any serious believer.

Lies upon lies
The first lie pastors tell Christians is what some have referred to as “the eleventh commandment:” “Thou shalt pay thy tithes to thy local church.” But the bible says no such thing. The storehouse of Malachi was not a church. It was a place where food was kept.

Pastors hide from church-members the fact that money was not acceptable as tithe. The tithe was a tenth of the seed and fruit of the land and of the animals which ate of the land. (Leviticus 27:30-32). That is why God says: “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be FOOD in my house.” (Malachi 3:10). He does not say “that there may be MONEY in my house.” The food was used to feed the Levites, the poor, widows, orphans and strangers.

Pastors also conveniently fail to teach the biblical tithe. The principles of tithing were not laid down by Malachi. They were laid down by Moses. The study of Moses’ guidelines quickly reveals that the biblical tithe has no application whatsoever to Christians and is mischievously violated by tithe-collecting pastors today.
According to the Law of Moses, the tithe was divided into three allocations. The first year, it was given to the Levite. The second year, it was given to widows, orphans and the poor. The third year, it was eaten in the company of the faithful before the Lord as thanksgiving for his faithfulness. (Deuteronomy 14:22-28). In the seventh year, there was no planting and no reaping and therefore no tithing.
So the next time your pastor asks you to pay tithe, ask him about the seventh-year reprieve. Also ask him if you can give your tithe to the orphanage, or bring it as food items to be eaten in church. Believe me; he will not agree with you because it is your money he is after.

Inapplicability of tithes
Tithing was only applicable to Jews and to the land of Israel. When large populations of Jews lived in Babylon, Ammon, Moab, Egypt, and Syria, these lands became tithe-able lands. However, tithes were not acceptable from strictly Gentile lands. So you need to ask your pastor how come he is collecting tithes in Nigeria.
Servants or slaves who worked on the land did not tithe because the land did not belong to them. Since only agricultural and animal resources were included, a fisherman gave no tithe of his fisheries. Neither did a miner or a carpenter pay tithes, nor anyone from the various professional occupations. So if you are not a farmer or a keeper of livestock, tell your 419 pastor tithing is biblically inapplicable to you.
Moreover, the only people authorised to receive tithes were the Levites. (Hebrews 7:5). So if your Pastor is a “tithe-collector,” ask him if he happens to be a Jew. Remind him that, even though a Jew, Jesus could not receive the tithe because he was not from the tribe of Levi but from that of Judah.
The trick, of course, is for pastors today to claim we are “Levites.” If your pastor is one such dissembler, ask him if he lives as a Levite. Remind him that Levites had no land and did not have private property. Ask him also how he knows he is from the tribe of Levi, which happens to be one of the lost tribes of Israel. Point out to him that even Jewish rabbis don’t claim to be Levites today because all Jewish genealogical records were lost with the destruction of the Temple in AD 70, ensuring that it is no longer possible to ascertain the true identity of Levites.
Therefore, if Jews no longer tithe because the Levites are a lost tribe, how can Christian pastors collect tithes when we are not even Jewish, how much more Levites? If Jewish rabbis, whose terms of reference remain the Old Testament no longer collect tithes, then pastors who insist Christians are under a New Testament have no business doing so.
The conclusion then is inescapable. Every pastor who collects tithes is nothing but “a thief and a robber.” (John 10:1).

You are so wrong on so many levels growing up in a single parent home has nothing to do with homosexuality, if that were true how do you explain the kids who grew up in a loving two parent house hold who are now homosexuals grin

Let me give you a case and point about a family I knew. The father was a monster he would beat his wife constantly and being the stupid woman that she was she wouldn't leave no matter how much her family and kids begged her to. One day her thirteen year old son came home to witness his father beating his mother, the son didn't say a word, he went straight to his parents room and got his father's gun, he went back to the family room where his mother was being beaten and shot his father in the head, point blank. The son couldn't take it anymore, all this could have been avoided if the mother had any wisdom. The son is grown now and guess what, he beats his wife and kids, (the cycle continues)his 11 year old son couldn't take it anymore but instead of killing his father, he hung himself. LEARNED BEHAVIOR
This could have been prevented if the mother had any common sense but unfortunately everyone wasn't born with it.

If it gets to the case of constant beating up a woman, i will advise the woman to leave because only weak men beats a woman. All I'm advocating here is that couple shouldn't quite at the slightest hurt, patience and perseverance of the old should be employed .

My dear checkout the statistics of the homosexuals, you will find out that most of them comes out from broken homes and single parenting.

It's better to live in a single parent home than to have children witness their mother, do you uunderstand the damage that does to a child psyche? As far as the family you were talking about, no one knows what goes on behind closed doors.

There's nothing that destroys a child psyche more than single parenting, the both parental figures should be contributed in raising up a child. This is one of the major reasons we have rampant sexual imbalance, men seeking men and women seeking women.

It's better to leave than to be beaten to death and leave the children without a mother don't you think, it has nothing to do with America.

I used to live with this neighbor, looking at their marriage i will never wish to be married but guess what the woman endured and tolerated the man because of her kids for good five years. Guess what they are living happily after, someone who believed in the marriage came in to mend it. If this woman wasn't patient enough, her kids would have been raised in a shattered home. My apologies for using the US as an example, never knew it's ur country but my dear the single parenting our their is disheartening

You are correct and they should get out as soon as they can. You should not encourage or praise them for being weak and docile, be their mouth piece, give them hope and strength and encouragement to save themselves don't praise them for being stupid. There are a lot of women that would be alive today if they had someone who would have given them the strength to get out of an abusive relationship /marriage. Would you want one of your love ones to suffer through that?

Not encouraging it my dear but if we start getting out of relationships at the slightest fault, we will start building a single parenting syndrome like the US. Instead of encouraging them to get out of the relationship let's device a means to mends their differences and prevent our children living in broken homes

Have you ever wondered why most Naija guys would prefer to marry a foreigner and a faction would prefer sticking with the Naija babe, it’s all about taste and preference? Taking aside those with the wrong motives like those seeking for visa and green card, I will discuss today five distinctive difference between a “Foreign babe and a Naija babe.

1. Foreign babe loyalty is higher: Foreign babes loyalty to their men tends to be higher than our Naija babes, once they are in love with you, irrespective of your background, financial status, attractive or not or handsome, height, color or race their loyalty is legendary and a top notch. On the other hand, most Naija babes loyalty comes most times comes with a clause, they don’t just fall in love like that. In fact their loving you come with something they can hold onto, they most times love because of good financial status, attractiveness or marriage. So therefore I would rate the foreign girl’s loyalty to be at 90% and our Naija babe loyalty 70%.

2. Naija babes endure and perseverance is top notch: You would find a Naija babe in an abusive relationship and still claims she loves her partner. You will find her husband or boyfriend will beat up and treat her like she worths nothing but yet she will still remain in such an abusive relationship or you will find very few of them enduring and managing with a broke or a cheating dude hoping for a better day. The moment you try this with a foreign babe most especially from the West, my brother, she breaks up with you asap and you will be very lucky if she didn’t press charges against you or shoot you. Please note lack of the foreign babe’s ability to endure in relationships and marriages is one of the major causes of single parenting.

3. Most Foreign babes love unconditionally: Like I said in my earlier statement irrespective of your background, financial status, attractive or not or handsome, height, color or race their love and loyalty is legendary. The new breeds of Naija babes we have these days are chronic materialistic beings, should it be blamed on the increased rate of poverty in our society or the degraded moral status in the country. Naija babes quantify love and money, forgetting that money can’t bring absolute happiness. This is one of the major reasons we have broken homes these days because they flow with the social tide, marrying for the wrong reasons. Irrespective of your background, financial status, attractive or not or handsome, height, color or race their loyalty is legendary irrespective of your background, financial status, attractive or not, height, color or race their loyalty is legendary irrespective of your background, financial status, ugly or handsome, height, color or race their loyalty is legendary

4. Naija Babes motherhood is next to nothing: Naija babes are better mothers compared to their foreign counterparts , they tend to instill better morals and up bringing into kids more. I could remember back then as a kid, I dare not eat outside as a kid because of the training my mom gave to me. When we have family outings I and my siblings dare not eat without decoding the facial sign of our mom, there’s a sign that says “eat” and there’s is this other sign that says “don’t eat”. If you there eat outside without permission , be expecting a legendary beat from her, she will beat the stupidity out of you with her slippers or cane “Pankere” as we call it.

5. Naija babe’s stands in love: Naija babes love you with all their guard on, mental alertness so as not to fall prey to their futuristic miss-doing of their partner. You tell C they must ask you have it has to be C because they curious people. For example, you tell a Naija babe that you are at the mall with a friend her most likely question would be “with a female or male friend”, some might go the extent of requesting for you to take a picture of where you are with such friend. A foreign befalls head over heels in love with all their guards, mental alertness, being pocketed by their partner, they can go extra miles for the sake of love.

So what team are you ? As for me I’m team Foreign babe o, in this current recession, keeping a Naija babe would cost a fortune biko except there still those who can love unconditionally..winks….

7. In 2017 avoid parasites

Try to separate people who are Parasitic in nature from the Symbiotic (Those who you benefit from and they as well benefit from you) ones. Simply embrace the symbiotic folks and stay far from the parasitic ones, and try not to be a parasite to no one.

6. In 2017 appeal to people’s needs

The quickest and the surest way to get people do something for you is when you appeal to their need, quit that beggarly lifestyle and appeal to people’s needs to get something. For example just this year Mark Angel became a hit, he only appealed to people’s needs with his visual comedy and people in turn gave him back what he needed “Money and Fame”.

5. In 2017 be ready for opportunities

Learn to always look beyond your nose in 2017. Opportunities comes sometimes in the most unattractive outlook, remember the brain behind the mobile toilet in Nigeria (may his soul rest in peace)? This man made a fortune from human waste and passed it to his generation, funny enough his business slogan is “Sh*t na money”.

4. In 2017 Be a Responsible person

Push the frontiers of incompetence; try hard to be competent and responsible. Accept faults and reduce the blame games. And for the young bachelors still playing games around get serious with a lady and be responsible, I’m talking to you too young spinsters playing games too.
