I don't blame that guy at all, I will only blame those people here that are supporting him, he has been told even by the guy he accused to drop the evidence, he keeps saying he would rather remain anonymous,who does that,you would be scammed and at the same time felt reluctant to drop an overwhelming evidence to butress your claims ,I stand to be corrected,the boy is one of the numerous Japa by force flag bearers ,they have nothing to offer and whenever they're called for interviews at any embassy,they go there and fail woefully.
One guy was beating his chest up there that he has taken the case up bla bla bla, I will wait patiently on this page and see how far he could go.

You guys should stop painting someone a scammer when you don't even know the person, Kelly of a guy has a WhatsApp group where he has several members and he has helped so many people in migrating legally via student route to various regions in Russian Federation, I actually called his attention to the defaming post made by one frustrated person, I was in the Russian Embassy myself and I saw how a lot of our people are failing themselves as far as Visa interview is concerned. When it comes to interview no one will help you answer any questions thrown to you by the visa officer and when you get negative your results you will now come out wailing like a wounded lion.I have been silently following the guy and when I got my visa ,I chatted him up that can he help pick me up at the Airport and how much was he going to charge but to my surprise his response came out positive and was able to ask more questions and he responded well.Kelly told me categorically that he won't collect a dime from me if he's to come and pick me at the Airport and that as well has gone a long way to show that he's not a dubious person, he told me to send a copy of my Visa, I did and I have not seen him using it on his platform that has well shows he's not a scammer,had it been he has any ulterior motives,he would have used it to prove to people that visa has been issued to another client of his and which would have sent a red signal but he didn't because he's not the one who processed my admission and invitation and none of his input were there but when I was trying to buy ticket I messaged him and he responded well .
The purpose of this lengthy messages is to admonish whoever that would be nursing the ambition of transacting a business with Kelly to do so coz he's real and as for the other guy who posted this uncomely information to defame Kelly ,if you don't post anything to support your claims here ,you would be traced and legal action would be instituted against you.
I can also see someone up there saying that,do people still travel to Russia due to War, Russia is far peaceful than Nigeria and many other countries you're clamouring for in the West including USA so be informed.
