Youay need to ask around you for a government certified therapist or goggle search medical forums where you can first discuss with a doctor online in confidence so you have a headstart before approaching a doctor near you.

First, your wife giving you ultimatum is very bad. she's not helping the issue.

Third, you must stop all forms of self medication from now on till you get a doctor's advice.

Cooking is an art. everyone can cook ratatouillie. I know the taste of a well prepared dish and appreciate all the efforts put into it.

I treat my loved ones to some special cuisines once in a while. Sunday works fantastic for me. it affords me the freedom and peace of mind to experiment without distractions. They are always excited any Sunday I elect to serve them cos they are sure to met something special once back from church.

Once in a while is the magic. Family is the best place to be.
