Hello nairalanders, OLAMS DESIGNS AND CONSTRUCTION is here to serve you better than ever.

I called it a mixed developments cos:

Ground floor comprises of beautician's studio, classroom, salon and mini office.
While on the upper floor, we have offices and a mini flat at the back.

LOCATION: Along Atan/Owode express road, Ogun state.

What's the soil bearing capacity?
I observe that you are using ground beams...

The soil bearing capacity is okay to bear the loads coming from the foundation (upland, but somehow loose soil). We decided to use ground beams just to be on a safer side, cos we also noticed the water level in that area is very high.

Duration is a week, we're awaiting filling sand then we can cast the German floor.
