Please, I need an estimate for a 1-storey building: 2 bedrooms of 3 flats on each storey. That's 3 flats up and 3 down. Will appreciate detailed breakdown and pick the best estimate to work with (not necessarily the cheapest). Good day to you all, this is another project, it belongs to a Nairalander.
After we reached a concrete conclusion on the design then we proceeded to the site in order to inspect how to get started with the construction.
SITE ANALYSIS
The property has a very solid ground with stable soil therefore strip foundation was introduced.
TOPOGRAPHY/ TERRAIN - Very sloppy where we had to equate 6 coaches of blocks by the left hand side to 3coaches of blocks by the right hand side in order to achieve the appropriate levels.
TARGET STAGE OF WORK
DAMP PROOF COURSE (DPC).
LOCATION- Ikorodu Lagos.
DURATION - A WEEK.
