Specialist900:Yes my brother. Laughed so hard. Was worth the read. |
Elantracey:Alright ma'am. Talk to you soonest. Pray for us oh. Abi no be church meeting? |
As I type this my head aches. We own and run a private school in a four bedroom rented apartment. The place became too small and we had to rent a property very close by. Na the landlord of that extension be my biggest problem as I dey talk so. We paid 2years rent beginning on the 1st of January 2012. The man has been performing wonders acting like a demigod. The latest is that he sent his agent to lock up the premises this morning. He actually began threatening us last month that our rent has expired. We reminded him of the lease of land agreement we both signed with witnesses that shows 31st December 2014 as the rent expiry date. He then said he's given the place out so we should mention how much we want to be paid back. Imagine. We didn't say anything. Only to meet a locked apartment this morning with our pupils all outside. We called him and he said if we are not ready to pay for another year he already has a new client. Who does this kinda thing for God's sake? I've not been able to fathom this attitude of his since morning. If not that it's happening to me I won't believe there are such persons in this world. |
Wasn't sure what section to post this. Want to dedicate this to those folks that even though they know right from wrong never do right. Those who think they are above the law and so can do whatever they wish without consequences. Once in a while we come across such persons. Ever had an encounter with anyone like that? I mean someone that acts so obviously wrong yet is bold and unrepentant. Someone whose actions you can't justify no matter how you try to. Let's share experiences. Pls where are the custodians of the law in the house? I mean the learned fellows, the barristers. Come help us prosecute these criminals. Abi how dem dey talk am sef? Went to court today. Let me share my encounter with the most lawless fellow I've ever had anything to do with. |
Elantracey:Eya. Pele sweetheart. What do we do now? Have you taken anything? |
Elantracey:Couldn't sleep. Debbie kept climbing on me. Head still aches. Should try the hot bath soon |
Acidosis:None my dear. That's why we went to see our barrister who's a parent with 2kids in our school. He's started working and has told us that an order would be given to open up the place tomorrow. The whole thing dey give me headache. How lawless this person is just beats my imagination |
Acidosis:Must be well. Keep us in your prayers. Landlord of our school's temporary site sent his agent to lock up the site even though our rent expires 31st December |
Elantracey:All right sweets. Very similar situation with you. Fatigued. Head ache. Need to sleep but my mind's too busy to rest now. Hoping I'll drift off gradually |
Acidosis:Resume duty? Can't remember being off duty sir. Had to get to court today. |
paxonel:Ok sir. |
ideology:Good evening sir. |
Elantracey:Oh dear take good care of you. Still in class? Drink some water and take a nap. If sleep is lingering take a warm bath. |
Specialist900:Job done enter voicemail. This week has been dedicated to preparation for Saturday. Moreover power supply has been so stable, if you know what I mean. |
Elantracey:So good to have a sweetheart spicing up my day with smiles. How was your day? |
Acidosis:Hello dear. How was your day? Mine was one of its kind. So hectic. Slight headache. Trying to rest now. |
luxanne:Tks ma'am for this. Hoping to lay my hands on something concrete before the D day. All is well. Tks again |
Elantracey:Help pls! Somebody wants to burst my big head. |
Me think it's 60bucks. |
Pr0ton:Sir it's people like you that keep me off some topics. May God's mercy find you someday somewhere. You have my prayers. |
ITbomb:Sorry me don't care about no man of God pls. Bible's good enough for me. All ears sir |
Saraha1:Amen, sweets. God bless and keep you too. |
Tallesty1:Sir, nothing pathetic about that IMO. Only His grace and mercies makes us any different |
abula112:Sir is generalization good and right? |
paxonel:You're free to crack jokes don't just throw caution to the wind by cracking jokes with your creator pls. Even dictionary has a definition of premarital sex so what are you saying oga? |
ITbomb:Pls sir whose definition is this? |
ideology:When my big head bursts you'll be the prime suspect ok? |
I may not be able to vouch for others but I know the Lord leads me in several areas of my life. Academic, financial, material, relationship, physical etc just name it. He never forces anyone. Proverbs says acknowledge Him in ALL your ways and He'll direct your part. Getting to know anybody isn't a day's job. It takes loads of time, sacrifices and committment and the same thing applies to our relationship with the Lord. He only speaks to His sheep, His sons. If you are a sincere seeker you'll surely find Him. Hebrews 11:6. He's a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Just begin from little things. God's interested in everything that concerns you. Don't ignore God through out life and expect to get His attention when marriage matters crop up |
The Bible says in Proverbs that a prudent wife is from the Lord. If you're looking for where the Bible says God'll choose a job, course etc for you verbatim, you might be disappointed. As many as are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. What areas in our lives is the spirit of God restricted from leading us? My sheep hear my voice... In what aspects of our lives. God will not jump to marriage to lead you when you've not cultivated listening to Him in other decisions you had to take. |
What does the picture of Jesus have to do with who Jesus is? Many are into idolatry and aren't even aware |
Acidosis:Ok oh. If you say so. |
