Well boss, I believe you are good to go. I have said all I can. Take time to really grieve and let that grieve let go off you. Though i doubt you may be into religion and spiritualism. It doesn't matter but know that we were not made to be alone, there is someone up there I believe who looks after you, me and everyone . Sometimes having people to share your feelings with is an antidote. This was how God healed me of what was supposed to be my end.

I learnt one of the greatest lessons in my life about time when I lost an opportunity to have someone close to me when I needed someone. This person writing this has been suicidal and attempted suicide three times. Over depression, lost and pains. I know what it means to loose someone, to grieve and to be scared but the very moment you let all of that blind you from moving forward. Life stops.

Time does not heal people on its own. My friend. Whether you want to believe it or not. It is only a drug. Only when you open your self to it that it does. In other words, the power to heal is with and within you. Time is a key among many keys, you are both the door and a master key.

Let go of that pain, get a quiet place, cry your eyes out and grieve properly like people do. Express your feelings in words or voice. Then wipe your face and move on.

Guy, I have seen many people hurt themselves over grief, I almost became my own victim. Trust me, let that grief go. It has served its purpose and now it is now a parasite! Let it go!!!

I don’t cry when I lose someone.i no no why.but I noticed that I wake up some morning with soaked pillow.i have cried in my sleep.I understand u 100%.it’s like the saying”nobody is coming to save u so save yourself “

Forgive yourself, I don't know what happened, but i know one thing, perhaps it is not just grief you hold on to but guilt. You have to forgive yourself, you are human and you deserve to live your life, you have to, you owe her that.
. Did I say owe her? Yes, I tell people when people die you have a silent responsibility towards them, that responsibility is to live your life as best as you can. Their memories should leave you grateful not broken.

See you only get one life, whether it is 10,20,30 or Just 1 for their are children born who don't get to see past the first hour of their birth. But two things are certain.

We live and we die.
Don't live in grief and regret.
Life and Death are part of one big circle, A time for everything, you have grieved far too much if what you say is true, forgive yourself and move on and make her proud. Also even though you may not be religious.

Energy attracts energy. Physical or Spiritual. not all energy are good and even worse energy can be manipulated.

detailed talk.e no easy thanks tho most of things u said are what I know but e no just easy.we were close to a fault.its been 5yrs I’m hoping time will help me.its not as bad as it used to be a few years ago.i went into a full blown depression.since that incident I don’t like getting to close to anyone.ill be telling myself that if this person dies now it’s another wahala for me.i deliberately reject closeness.

Hi guys,

I don't know what's wrong with me. Growing up, my best moment was whenever I was traveling(By road). I used to enjoy this.

But since I clocked 25, I no longer find it pleasurable traveling, I'm always scared of traveling. I fear that I may be involved in an accident that could maim or kill me. I have not been able to share this with anyone cos I don't know how to. Some years ago, my friend and I had a terrible ghastly accident that almost costed us our dear lives. We were returning back from the village in the early(6am) hours of the morning and before we would exit the village, the brakes of our vehicle(Lexus 350) failed and the speed of the car tripled. I saw death, I came in direct contact with death, but God saved me. My friend who was driving was quickly rushed to the hospital where he spent a week but I was lucky to not be much affected. I only had a cut on my lips and head. The vehicle somersaulted countless times. Farmers who were on their way to the farm that morning and heard the sound of the car somersaulting refused coming to help us. They said they didn't want to see Dead bodies at that early time of the morning, they didn't know we survived.

Sometimes again, I had another accident. I was about running mad when I eventually managed to pull out of the car, I had use my head to hit everywhere. These two accidents involving two different cars were all sold as scraps cos the damage were irreparable. And if they were to be fixed, the money would be more than imagine.

Again, my father died from a motorbike (Vespa) accident many years ago while I was just 7years. He didn't die on the spot, he even brought himself back home that night unaided. No external injuries but he had internal bleeding which wasn't detected in time, at 4am, mum took him to the hospital as pains in his chest became intense and at 7am, he gave up the ghost. The psychological impact of all these still affect me, I guess.

How do I overcome this please?
Its so bad that whenever a loved one is traveling, I will be saying in my mind that the person might die on the road and that we may never see again. God pls help me!

God has saved me countless times and if I begin to write here, we may not go to bed tonight.
