Ntaidogido:You don't really need to contact them to retrieve your receipt, they have made it simple for cases like yours. This is what you need to do. 1.) First thing you need to do is go to the part of their website that does receipt retrieval. I have placed the link below. https://ptpp.saanapay.com/Customers/Search 2.) Now that you are in the retrieval webpage, you type the email you used for the payment in the email field and type search. You don't need to fill the other fields like merchant transaction number or saanapay transaction number. Just type the email you used for the transaction and type search. If you can't remember the specific email, then you try all your emails and search (this is what I did before I got mine). The screenshot below shows how the site looks like. 3.) Once you have searched the email used for the transaction then All the payment made by that email will appear. It is then a simple matter of choosing the transaction you are looking for. For someone like you, who has played unibadan twice using saanapay you will see two transactions (The application fee transaction and the acceptance fee transaction). 4.) Choose the acceptance fee transaction and click print/email. It is the twenty thousand something transaction and should be the most recent one or topmost one. 5.) The whole transaction information will appear with the option of either printing or sending to email. The information you are seeing is the receipt. DON'T SELECT THE EMAIL OPTION AS YOU WILL MEET WITH AN ERROR INSTEAD click the print option and you will be taken to your print window where you can then print it. 6.) If you are using chrome on mobile, simply click the save as pdf on the upper right corner and select the folder you want to save it in and save it for printing later. (I strongly advise saving it as pdf in your phone so that you can access it anytime). 7.) If you are using a desktop or laptop and want to save as pdf you can simply do as if you want to print normally. When the options for choosing the printer you want to print to you simply choose an e-printer or a pdf software on your options to print to. For those having the foxit phantom pdf reader attached to their Microsoft word you will see foxit phantom pdf as an option. You either choose the foxit or the e-printer option and it will save as pdf in your computer. This is how the retrieval site looks like. Have a nice day.

Has Clearance started for those that have been given admission? |
Ovie56:Ovie56 Please add me to the WhatsApp group. My phone number is 08160723564 |
Oshiiin:That is what I am talking about. Don't be bothered by the prompt you saw, all of us are seeing that prompt. |
Oshiiin:I think it has to do with going with the hard copies of your documents to the postgraduate college for clearance. Did you go before the lockdown? |
I bought a a data bundle plan directly from them of 750mb for 500naira. I was promised 2GB data bonus if I purchase with debit cards from the app. I was so happy to see the 2GB bonus so I purchased the data plan and went through the hassle. Did you know at the end, I was given only 500mb as bonus data. I for jejely go buy my usual data plan the normal way get my usual double data, instead i go use mumu app wey even need data to operate. In this my life, what I hate is misinformation. Make airtel no try this kind joke again, make them go find the remaining 1.5GB them they owe me come give me. I don't like what I hate. |
Heavance:My guy he knows what he is saying. The fact that your own was successful does not mean others were. People has lost opportunities , some have even committed suicide over this same issue. In short, I believe you are lying! People that their own failed mentioned the name of their universities, You can't even say the name of your institution. That is to show you are a liar. |
Anybody that says ETX is not the problem, oya line up for your cane. People that has not felt the pain we have felt. Lost opportunities we have lost on fake promises. How can this nation move forward, when we can never do the basic things well. To say ETX is not the problem is to insult the OP, that he is fool and a wool brained idiot who does not know what he is saying. For him to say that, he had an experience with them, he knows what he is saying. Don't just talk like you passed through what he passed through. ETX IS USELESS. Anybody that don't like that statement should go and hug Transformer. |
The problem is from your university not ETX.ETX-NG na big problem. My friend they are a big part of the problem. Mtchew, their level of unseriousness and unptofessionalism cannot be described in words. |
ogtavia:The guy wey say this nonsense is high. Which great job. My friend do you know what a great job is? Them no reach anywhere for anything. F9 na Wetin I give them. Okay let me give them E8. Nonsense. |
Ntel. One of the most useless networks we have. Their plan is similar to that of airtel, Airtel is faster and airtel has better customer care. Also, with my Airtel line, I can call and do whatever I want to do with it. I don't know the evil spirit that possessed me. Chai♂️♂️♂️, I am finished. Mumu me went and got ntel sim thinking their data must be great. It is not great oh. It is The same plan with airtel. Okay, let me continue, I decided to start with 2000 naira plan which is 4.5gb(the same with airtel). After registration and subscription I went home with my sim. I recieved an email from ntel welcoming me to the network as a registered customer. For 2 days the sim did not work. I took it back to the agent but he was acting all confused. I sent ntel loads of emails but no reply. The morning of the third day I recieved an email from ntel that I have been barred from the network for 48 hours because of nonusage. This useless network that is not even easy to recharge want me to waste my hard earned 2000 naira. It seems anything Nigeria government owned can never prosper. Now if you think you need an ntel sim first think 'do I really need ntel, will another network not serve my needs perfectly'. |
Like it has been said before, the cut-off mark is 30. Don't let someone scare you, just open your portal and see that you are eligible. damofaith: |

ACE1DA:Please, how do i attach the transcript label on my transcript application? When applying for transcript from my school (University of Calabar), i saw no option to attach the transcript label. |
DarkShades:Nigga, This is a big, Big! VERY BIG!!! SCAM. My Guy check their website and you will see it is trash, no about us, no vision or mission, very basic for such an organization. The Hint in the tests redirects you to other sites just like click worker, generating traffic for their clients. Everything about it is a scam. This is a Nigerian trying to play all of us. Just my thoughts though. ![]() |
