To be treated with respect, cordiality and like a human being.

Sometimes some kind actions like helping her lift heavy boxes, or worry for her welfare as any friend or decent person would do.

Some chivalry or gentleman like manners can be highly appreciated. But that is not flirting with her, but rather being considerate.

E.g if she goes clubbing with friends and her husband is not with her, you can ensure she gets in the cab safely. If another guy comes along and tries to abuse her physically in front of you and she looks intimidated by it and doesn’t defend herself in shock, then that you could say something to that man who is bothering her would be appreciated so she feels protected or safe in presence of other men, but I guess any man or woman would try to do that for their friends.

She won’t expect any of that though. Because most men these days aren’t trained to be chivalrous or behave like gentlemen. However it makes the world feel like a better place when humans look after each other without sexual interests in the way.
