so with my Jamb score 199, I don't get to study computer engineering at Yabatech?

Both University I chose to study Computer Engineering

My Jamb cut off mark these Year was 199 and I chose to study at FUTA/ YabaTech, can I still gain admission into any of these Tertiary institution, I scored better than these last Year.

I can't even use my First bank debit card to buy anything or trade online.
