I can only speak from my own experience. What I felt was no sleep paralysis, it was clearly a spiritual attack. It wasn't even a deep sleep, I just fell asleep in my sitting room while watching TV and within a few minutes I felt this menacing presence depressing my chest area. Not only could I feel it, I could actually see it. I couldn't see the face clearly but I could see the feminine outline of whatever it was. In that state, I just mustered enough strength to shout Jesus!!! And instantly whatever it was disappeared and I woke up with my heart beating very fast. It was scary. All these science people are trying to deceive people into disbelieving the spiritual but I can assure you that there are spiritual powers at work in our world. I have had a lot of experiences not just this one and I'm sure that everybody if they tell themselves the truth will have also had one experience or the other
