John Terry will reportedly return to Chelsea as the club‘s Under 23 manager.

The former Blues captain has been out of the game since leaving Aston Villa at the end of last season.

Terry turned down a move to Spartak Moscow at the 11th hour and has also been linked with a move to Derby who’s managed by Terry’s former teammate Frank Lampard.

But according to The Sun , Terry will sign a deal worth £800,000 a year to return to Stamford Bridge.

Rey Mysterio has agreed to a two-year contract to return to WWE, PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported Wednesday.

In line with Johnson, Mysterio had hoped to sign for only 18 months however finally settled for the two-year deal on offer from WWE. It is unclear when he’ll make his full-time return to the company, although.

Wednesday’s news has felt inevitable after he showed up in the 2018 Royal Rumble match in January. He then came back for the 50-man Greatest Royal Rumble match in April.

Paris Saint-Germain captain Thiago Silva believes the world’s two best attacks will meet when his team face Liverpool in the Champions League.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has hired New York bank Raine Group in preparation for selling off the club, according to The Sunday Times.

The bank is said to have valued the club at £2billion and Chelsea have engaged their advisors after they helped Manchester City sell a 13 per cent stake in the club to China Media Capital for £265m in 2015.

It is unclear whether they would look for new owners or to sell a stake in the club which Roman Abramovich bought for £140m in 2003 but the move comes at a critical time for Chelsea, who look overwhelmed by the scale of the wealth of clubs such as Manchester City and Paris Saint Germain.

Lloris appears set to be stripped of the Tottenham captaincy after being charged for drink-driving in London on Friday



After his arrest, Lloris was taken to Charing Cross police station and spent around seven hours in custody before being charged and released on bail.

Paul Pogba’s brother has been denied the chance to join German minnows Uerdingen as a result of issues concerning his weight.

Mathias Pogba, the older brother of Manchester United’s record signing, has been rejected by the German third-tier side for being too chubby.

The tragic collapse of a bridge in the Italian city of Genoa has left at least 31 dead and many more injured.

Former Cagliari goalkeeper Davide Capello was one of the survivors and fell around 30 metres with his car.

Arturo Vidal shall be presented as a new Barcelona player in front of the media on Monday.

Arturo Vidal had his photograph taken on Sunday at the Barcelona shop by the Camp Nou and he’ll sign a contract with the Catalans at 12.30am local time on Monday, before his media commitments begin.

Russian superstar Aleksandr Golovin has signed a deal with AS Monaco, regardless of interest from Chelsea.

Aleksandr Golovin will join the Ligue 1 side from CSKA Moscow.

Golovin came to the attention of the side after a formidable performance at the World Cup in Russia.

Juventus and Chelsea were both eager to land the 22-year-old, however, it appears that evidently, Monaco beat them to it.





Monaco was reportedly going to pay a fee of around €30million for Golovin, but this has not been confirmed.

Brazil player Neymar admits that after his nation’s quarter-final defeat to Belgium at the World Cup he could not look at a ball and didn’t want to see any of the remaining matches.

“I wouldn’t go so far as to say I didn’t want to play once more but, I did not want to see a ball, or to see any more football players,” 26-year-old Neymar informed AFP in an interview on Saturday.

The Paris Saint Germain star was talking at his Neymar Praia Grande institute where the Red Bull Neymar Jr 5’s (five-a-side-soccer) tournament was being played.

Cristiano Ronaldo has settled a tax dispute with the Spanish treasury by accepting a two-year prison sentence and has already paid a £12.1m fine to the treasury, based on reports in Spain.

The Juventus forward will still need to pay an estimated £4.6m more to the authorities before the case is resolved.

He won’t spend any time in jail either, despite accepting a two-year sentence, as sentences shorter than two years in Spain can be served on probation.

It’s common practice for top-level footballers in Spain who get caught in tax storms to be sentenced to the maximum length possible that doesn’t imply they must serve actual jail time, as has been the case with Javier Mascherano.

Lionel Messi was also handed a 21-month prison sentence in 2016 for tax fraud, though that was decreased to just a fine after an appeal from Messi’s representatives.

Ronaldo’s tax dispute arose when the Spanish authorities accused Ronaldo of failing to pay @£12.8m in tax on his image rights between 2011 and 2014 during his time at Real Madrid.

The Prosecutor for Economic Crimes in Madrid reportedly discovered that Ronaldo had “voluntarily” and “consciously” not paid tax on his image-rights earnings for the 4 aforementioned years.

According to ‘Correio do Manha’, Cristiano Ronaldo wants to cut all ties with Spain and his links with the Spanish tax authorities and is selling everything.



Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave behind everything that once bound him to Spain according to the Portuguese publication ‘El Correio do Manha’.

With the headline reading “Ronaldo sells everything in Spain,” the newspaper claims Ronaldo plans to end all of his problems with the Spanish tax authorities, who he feels persecuted by.

The 33-year-old seems to be carrying out the same process as he did in 2009 when he left Manchester United. Ronaldo sold his house for around €20 million in Manchester. He bought the mansion for €4.5 million meaning he made a tasty sum on his initial investment.

Now, it seems his plan is the same. He has a fleet of 22 cars too, which will be spread around his various houses in Portugal including Funchal, the Algarve, Lisbon and Sierra de Geres and others will be moved to his new house in Italy.

Ronaldo’s new home, a fabulous 1,000 square meter villa with eight bedrooms spread across three floors, an indoor pool along with two secret entrances, is located in Strada San Vito Revigliasco, in the hills of Turin.
