LTE Bands, and you have to side-load GApps. Also you will manage the few available free themes and fonts as well as some Chinese language from time to time.

As for the Gcam it should.

It only means that your account is being protected because of security reasons when they reject the card you will have to verify your account by clicking an icon "pay on alipay" where they will ask you some informations about your card and your id card mostly in jpeg format
