First it takes an ET 6 months to be confirmed.

Then you MUST be trained in Customer Care for a very long period.

You must be trained in Vault/Cash Management for long too.

The you must be trained in Internal ledgers balancing and reports generation.

And then, you must have worked as a Backup to the OPS head for a long period.

You MUST go through these processes before being considered for the position of operations manager.

He might no be the most senior in the branch but since operations is in charge of day to day running of the branch and often in contact with the customers. I think access bank used to call the head of branch operations ‘branch manager ‘ in the past

Although I agree that a banker can become an operations head after a very short time after resumption but such a staff must have had at least second stage promotion.

Asaba is not supposed to be the capital of Delta state in the first place. State capitals are usually located at the center of the state.

Yes a person can be too old for marriage but too young for death. The difference is in societal expectations and life expectancy.

For example, a ten years old boy is too old to be in primary one but too young to be in the university.

Let me give you an example of how the law operates.

Let us say somebody raped your daughter. Then rather than reporting it to the police, you decided to "teach him a lesson by beating him to death, you will be arrested by the police and charged to court for murder.

And it's not the duty to ask whether the deceased actually raped your daughter. In fact, it has become immaterial.
