The judge that gave that court ruling to halt the disciplinary committee that was setup to look into a petition filed by Natasha accusing Akpabio of sexual harrasment will surely face disciplinary action from the NJC.


Justice Ojukwu had earlier ruled on a similar matter brought to her court by a federal legislator challenging the Senate from carrying out a disciplinary hearing that the matter was purely a legislative matter and not a judicious one and had the senator go back to face his peers in the senate.

For those low iQ imbes out there, , note that the disciplinary committee was setup by Akpabio to look into a petition filed by Natasha accusing the SP of sexual harrasment. Natasha then ran to court to stop the committee from inviting her which is only natural to hear first hand from the petitioner .

How can you submit a petition and refuse to honour the invitation of the senate disciplinary committee setup to investigate your claims of sexual harassment?


This is akin to a woman going to the police to report someone of sexually harassing her and then going to get a court order baring the police from inviting her to substantiate your allegations ?

Natasha filed a petition against Akpabio. How then do you think that a committee set up by the accused (Akpabio) will do justice to the matter?

The honourable thing was for Akpabio to step aside pending the conclusion of such investigation. He cannot be the judge in his own matter.

The question you are asking doesn't follow the logic of the discussion.

The internal mechanism of the Senate to probe the internal conflicts in within the Senate CANNOT discuss any matter that is already before the court.

It's the same way the NBA LPDC cannot commence the investigation of any matter where the Lawyer has already sued the NBA.

It's a different thing if the probe had begun before the lawsuit.

No Court has the power to stop the Senate, the House of Representatives or any sub-group thereof from performing any of their Constitutional duties. You can only go to court to challenge the outcome or result of such duty.

Only the injured party can institute FREP before the court. Fundamental human rights violations are not like any other civil matters whereof interested parties can seek to be joined.

The allegations were personal and directed at Mr. Akpabio and not the wife.

A wife cannot sue a person for defaming her husband. It is the character and reputation of the husband that was attacked, NOT the wife or family.

At best, the wife can ask her Lawyers to file this suit on behalf of her husband. She has no part in the matter. Her name was not mentioned.

This woman and her lawyers are a complete bunch of jokers.

The lawyers knew or ought to know that she lacks the locus standi to file this action.

This is probably a rumour sponsored by Burnaby to convince people that he is not into men.

This man's death appears to be a calculated assassination. Remember that the incident happened few weeks after he won an election court case that sacked his opponent from the state house of assembly.

It's difficult to believe that those suspects escaped. It's either they were silently executed to avoid implicating a big fish or they were freed.

Nigeria road safety law has nothing to do with tinted permit and that's how I know don't know jack about the car you drive. Tinted permit laws is in the jurisdiction of the Nigeria police force and they decide if they want to allow it or not. Tinted permit was suspended in March 20, 2022 and it's still suspended till now which means you're not allowed to have it.
