A friend of mine just sent this screenshot he got from palmpay. He had no intention of defaulting. Infact his plan was that once his salary is paid, he pays off his loan. Seems palmpay wasn't having any of it as they went ahead to threaten him.

Does palmpay message contacts of loan defaulters?

After , they turned the compound to a party grounds and making very serious noise disturbing fellow tenants in the compound at the middle of the night. Coming home very late by 2-3am. At the end you will not see the guy that originally got the house from you. Looking for him for several months. When you tell the caretaker to give him quit notice you will not see him to serve notice. They will pay the first one year rentage but subsequent years you will not see him but the boys. The Ibo are very difficult tenants and that is the reason why some Lagos landlords don't like to rent their apartment to them. It is not hatred or racism.

When it comes to owing of house rent, i give it to the igbos. They will just not want to pay you for reasons best known to them. Growth and change should be constant in a man's life. Complacency is one of the foundation of poverty. Do not be complacent but also do not be ungrateful. If someone comes on here and says she earns 350k, it's only gross stupidity, sheer ignorance and a poverty mindset that will make you say such person is lying because your reality is different from hers. And the fact that we all converge on the same thread does not mean we are all looking for the same thing. It's the same reason someone is leaving NCC for NUPRC, NDIC to ECOWAS etc. I can bet some people here will say "if I get NCC ehn, I will never leave. I will retire there", yet people are leaving there to places they presume better. If you do not understand this still, your case is irredeemable.

The suicidal comment was just an hyperbole however, I was disappointed at the fact that many folks here saw a 130k monthly pay as a big deal. I was like wtf. Someone even said she earns 350k monthly and another was like its not possible, she needs 6 years experience to earn that bla bla bla. It's just disappointing and it's so obvious they haven't really started life and have little to zero experience in the labour force. Like you said, life is in phases. If you offer a kid fresh outta secondary school a 20k monthly job, that'll be big money to him. Many people here on this thread are definitely graduates and will see a 70k monthly job as a big deal. By they time they receive 70k consecutively for like a year, they will understand better.

In a nut shell, make una stop arguing blindly o. Don't think salaries are the same thing both private and government. Many privates pay 7 figures o and they are very plenty. Very very plenty. I mean very very very plenty. No just siddon dey look, come out of your shell and come to terms with reality.
