Don’t believe anybody deceiving you guys on here. I submitted my SA VISA application in Abuja on August 5th and I got a Text/Email today that my Visa is out and on it’s way back to me in Lagos. Be it approval or denial. It took a month for everything to be out.

Same here. Applied since 4th APril, finally fot the mail that our visas have finally been released today! 4 and a half months later! Our passports would be expiring y january, they might use that as a basis for rejection . Hoping to know our fate when the passports arrive o.

After this experience, wetin I dey go find for useless country.

Please can Feb/march study visa applicant signify with their date of submission, so we can really know the next step to take.

I submitted my application on the 18th of February.

I have frnds who are still awaiting response...

@Ruchardeleke, Is your study a sponsored one, because I think some guys in March got response last 2weeks (I am not sure if they are under scholarship), although a frnd of mine who is under scholarship and applied in March didn't get response...

The silence here with respect to this study visa issue is too much...

Myself and some of my colleagues that are under the same scholarship already started following up....

We sent someone to the high commission in Abuja to make some enquiry on our behalf, it was then we realized that they had some internal issues but according to them it has been resolved....

If we can come together especially those for study visa, we could make some of our request known...

Please note that study visa and other visa less than 3 months is being reviewed here in Nigeria...

I also applied around for study visa around February but I am yet to receive any update.

Though I called the VFS customer call service yesterday, same with the High commission customer call service and I was told that anytime soon we should get the feedback.

I believe there are many applicants for study visa who are yet to receive any update.

Please notify, if you receive any message from the VFS this week.....thanks

My study visa application was rejected on the grounds of insufficient funds. My bank statement submitted has a closing balance of 2.6m. The notice of decision is even one photocopied paper with photocopy stamp and signature (after about 9 weeks). No explanation. I submitted introduction letter from employer, my school documents etc. I am so confused right now. This is my second rejection. Please I need help! This does not make sense to me. Should I represent?
Please how do I make written representation to the director general to review the decision? Is it via email, or physical submission?
