1) Wash it mouth twice daily.. D ideal way(before breakfast and after dinner)
2) avoid eating foods with strong smell garlic, onion etc
3) floss ur teeth at least once a day or 3times a week
4) brush ur tongue thoroughly ( u can get a medium hard toothbrush for ur teeth and a hard brush for ur tongue.
5) get chewing gums with strong mint, (orbit) to use during d day after u eat something and can't assess washing ur mouth, it will also help u not to keep ur mouth closed for too long.
6)hydration..... Drink plenty of water.
