So I applied for trv June 2021, up on till now I haven’t received any Updates from ircc. But my passport has expired since last year and I have renewed it
The issue now is, my old expired passport details is with ircc because it was valid as at when I applied.
I don’t know if this can influence the delays in my application because they obviously can’t issue visa to an expired passport.

IRRC are on strike. They embarked on the strike in the 19th April 2023 after the the last update on tracker... application process has been halted
I hope the strike doesn't linger.

Yes. All still under process but on the tracker, Eligibility Is completed, Biometrics in Completed, Background check in progress and I have Visa Number and Expiry date.


And yes, I received BVL last week.

I could not create an account on the application tracking portal.

I submitted my VV application since Nov-2022.

I really do not know reasons behind this.

So he was once refused a U.S visa but dint state it in his application, I remember someone has had that issue here but I have searched and can’t find the page . Good day everyone. My husband and I applied for Canada visitor visa Nov 2020. I did the whole application. Two days ago I received a mail from immigration that my husband was not sincere about his response to if he has been denied a visa by Canada or another country. The truth is he applied for a us visa long before we were married and i didn’t know about it: Like I said earlier I filled the application form for him which I unintentionally denied he was refused any visa. But now I am to reply immigration within 10days to explain. Please any help on how I can reply?

For those waiting for their PPR God go do am asap.
You can send email to the nine email addresses on this group, that's what I did and I got ppr in about an hour.

Please I need help urgently o.
I received a fairness letter from IRCC this morning.
Saying I did not answer one part faithfully, which I was denied visa in the past or not.

Meanwhile I qualified for Can+ because I have been to Canada multiple times in the past.
Infact my last visa just expired last November, I've never stay more than 2 week in each visit.

I was giving just 10 days to reply them with evidence.

Please what can I send to them?
Is it just a letter of explanation or my expired visas with travel date?
I'm confused

Unlike the general pattern here of biometrics completed, eligibility completed before background check,,,,

I saw mine as biometrics completed, background check completed and eligibility has not started.

I checked using the tracker.

Is it something to be worried about?
