Please what does it mean when you use application status tracker to check ur application and u see CLOSED ?

Means either your application has been refused or approved and your PPR has been issued

It's the Government of Canada that gives them hope,so don't discourage anyone.

by applying for a job there. But reality is there are people with permanent residency or other work visa on ground they can hire quickly. Why should they want spend money, even hire a consultant to help process LMIA and visa for someone on visit visa. It will take a miracle to get a job offer on visit visa. No harm in trying regardless

No need to discourage people or make it look as if is not possible, depends how you can skim, have seen people with visiting Visa that got this even quickly more than those with work visa

That I did not declear my privous refusal which I did,but the funny aspect of it , all that of my dependants was approved.

Hi Angiee thank you for checking on me , I was refused the visa on the grounds that I didn't declare my past refusals , it was clearly an oversight , one. Which I had raised a webform , I'm reapplying immediately @hola55 sorry to learn about yours too , I pray this reapplication will favour us this time 🙏

I got a response from them after sending reconsideration request,they acknowledged it and said it has been allocated to an officer for review

Or can it be that because it was a Generic refusal; can there be more to the refusal other than the stated reason(s) when you order for your Gcms notes?

That is left to them,any of such refusal that did not attract PFL is not a serious reasons for refusal

Of course with my family twice,I attached everything for them,what they did was deliberate,I told them in my reconsideration letter that I can accept the refusal honourably if what they said was true or otherwise they should give me more proof. When it comes to reconsideration don't be apologetic or sounds too desperate if you do the right thing

I have never applied to USA.i was only denied in Canada which I disclosed,so let them continue to lie,have sent reconsideration anyway,they are yet to upload my wife and kids information on the tracker

It was normal lies of IRCC now that you did not declear formal refusal which I did, though I have sent them reconsideration request and attached relevant evidence.I just feel it's their normal practice now for family application, because I was the only person that was given Bvl/refusal that Saturday my wife and two children only got Bvl.

You can't access your tracker or your Visa number is not in the tracker yet?

From few hours to many days, some people didn’t get any visa number rather they got a refusal letter after some days.

Did you get a decision on your application yet?

I was the only person Principal applicant given Bvl/refusal on Saturday others are just Bvl

Hola55, I got the BVL and refusal letter on 2nd of may 2023. Yes I was denied US visa twice but the guy that filled the application said he indicated that there has been a US visa refusal but don't know if he is sure of what he is saying. My current status on the tracker is

IMEI result expiry date: Not available yet
Visitor visa expiry date: Not available yet
Document number: Not available yet
Visitor visa document number: Not available yet
Issuing country: Not available yet


Then Eligibility and Biometrics: Completed
Background check is still in progress


Please what does all these things mean?

You need to register each child and use the email used during their applications, they should have their own trackers and Visa details on tracker.

Three of my dependants my spouse and 2 children got Bvl an hour ago but my own as main applicant is yet to drop.Can anyone explain this to me
