It MAY be possible.... or better still, enquire from the school you are making the transfer to....
But to fill you in on what is common here which has been tried, tested and proved successful over and over again is this, (I dont know what level you are) but its advisable you get your first year transcript, if you have more no qualms....and do the application right away.....I think that one is easier and more straight forward...
But as I said earlier send a mail to the school you plan to transfer to and let's see how it goes...your method could be an eye opener and can prove easier.

Universtiy for 5 years now the sch that wrote me said if I had 2 years experience a friend told him someone got an admission with his 1st year trnscript. So first u need to get ur 100l level result then write any school u r interested in to know their req nd admission is easy once u meet the requirement as per just d waec that is going to be tight believe me

flange: If the school stated u can use that then cool but if not you will have to provide the test of English that is acceptable and I know of course Toefl is generally accepted. The Germans always want u to do as they say word for word no add no commot

topeajis: U av to stamp and sign any photocopy of you document have that n mind pls. U get ur document stapmed in a court, a lawyer or in the german embassy. Bet of luck
