Wherever its footprints are found, China must be forced to assist with its own Medical Personnel plus Finances.
China must Cough Up Funds to augment the huge Financial burdens World Governments are Saddled with, in their attempts to tackle this disease. 'Unwelcome Costs', in the true Sense of the Word, both for Governments in the West and the Underdeveloped World.
Comming at a time when African Countries are Struggling with internal deficit problems, dwindling revenue viz., high unemployment, infrastructural and Social Costs; coupled with an unending debt burden to the Chinese and other Western Nations, the Mess from WUHAN China is reprehensively unacceptable!
