This is good enough sir Farmerakinloye6: smile... hope you are not expecting me to put figure that you will say "ooh tomato farming is a fastest vomiting money" No! It a tedious work that will put a smile on your face at the end,if done well. Also, nothing bad having a business mind when going into any commodity cultivation, but that doesn't mean you should loose focus. Expenses: you will need to price all the components I listed on page 1 if truly want answer, and if you need any question about them I will answer. Sales and profit: it was #5000 when mine TOMATO came out,now it is #8000 naira in akure at moment. On 10g, your production should be 50-85 crate, can even be more, though knowledge and skills will be the key. |

emmasoft: Now that we know sukuk bond was heavily oversubscribed, I will advice investors look the way of VGIF. As you get your excess cash or return money, channel it to VGIF it's still reasonable at this time with Gurranteed rate of 8.5% and extra 35% of funds gains, it will be a good investment choice. Call 08181057319 or click link on my signature to open account. Please explain the 35% |

ojesymsym: I do pity farmers a lot, I wish there was a system in place for them to also earn some form of pension at the end of their farming years. Like a contributory pension fund where whatever amount they put in government adds the same amount, that hopefully will encourage them to save for the future and make their last days a lot easier when the strength to lift their cutlass is no longer there. You are very correct, but in the absent of government support they can invest their savings for a better tomorrow . We are having an influx of young farmers dey shouldn't eat with all their hands as sweet as harvest maybe savings and investment should be a culture. |

XiaoLi: Guys please i need your advise, i have this troublesome tenant that her rent will expire tomorrow, she is asking to give her 2months to move out, the agent managing the house advised we grant her request since issuing her a quick notice will not favour us,do you think i should grant this request or find other means to throw her out? Location of the house is Lagos. cc: everybody We just had same situation in our house in ibadan, although we gave a quick notice planned towards the expiration of their rent i.e rent expiration same as the date as quite notice expiration . They ask for 2 month , we honoured their request and put it down in writing document. It worked they moved out peacefully. Although condition of the apartment was something else . |
