But tecno in the top 10 is not a suprise because that company is really trying. The problem with china is, they manufacture the best and use in their country, then manufacture sub-standard to export thereby giving them bad name. Take OPPO for example.

I can relate to what you wrote.
All the Phones I have ever used are "Made In China for China Use" Phones. All I do is just switch to the English Language Option, and I rarely have a Problem with any of my Phones. Coincidentally, I also work for a Company that sells Phones. I always tell our Customers that "Made for Domestic Use" China Phones are far superior to the so-called Global Versions which are always susceptible to having Issues.
No Country reserves the better/best Versions of their Products for Foreign Consumers!

Having said the above, please don't smuggle Techno into the List. I have seen the List. Techno is not on the List. It is not yet a Global Company. It is a Chinese Company not known in China, and specifically founded for Developing Nations. No Store in China sells a Techno Product because it is simply not known there.

Where have you been all this while? What you are now complaining about has been the Norm for more than 6 months already.
Actually, only 3 Banks (GTB, Zenith and UBA) still allow the use of their Naira Cards for Transactions of up to $20. It is Zero (0) Dollar for other Banks.

Getting a Virtual Card is not a good Solution, as most of them are unreliable (could be terminated by the Issuer at anytime) and usually above Parallel (Black) Market Rate.

If you intend to frequently shop on Aliexpress, I would suggest you open a Domiciliary Bank Account, and then apply for a Card on the Account.

Also, Huawei has always been the World Leader in 5G Products (currently 65+% Market Share).

The Honor Phone Brand is a legacy Brand of Huawei. It was and still a very good Brand.
