I never mentioned race at all... I said poor PEOPLE on welfare, in our country some are white,black,mexican,asian ect ect and if a grown human of any race choked a 12 year old kid and almost killed them they should be punished by the law.

Nope, I'm from Washington state, Vancouver to be exact.
In the northwest states, we dont have many black people, easy 500 whites, to 1 black. We have alot of Hispanic people.

Southern USA has alot of black people, oregon,washington and Idaho not really.

Any women have a opinion on this ?
