I hope my Kwara United will not relegate back ooo, I was at their match against Eyimba FC last week at Kwara stadium, and they were impressive if not for the referee they could have won. I hope they keep improving and avoid relegation this season

Oh I get you now. The other 5% is a Lagos consumption tax. It's on services like hotels and eateries. They are both consumption tax but Vat is for federal while consumption tax or service tax is for Lagos state.
