Honeric, you re very ignorant abt human physiology. Let me educate u a little bit, human physiology is not like mathematic where 1+1=2 always. Eg if Mary was born on the same day or even older than Rose, it is not compusory that Mary must be bigger and more matured than Rose. Therefore, u can never determine the age of anybody with his/her physical physiology/maturity. So stop the your wrong accusation that the falconets girls are overaged. I ve told u that if u dont ve fact at your disposal, keep permant silent on this issue ok, except u are their parent, sibling or the officer that register them at birth.
You just won't fail to disappoint me, grin grin grin grin

SOME NIGERIANS ARE SO GULLIBLE, YOU LOT CAN BELIEVE ANYTHING AS LONG AS THE PERSON INVOLVED IS SOMEONE YOU LOVE OR HATE.

SportsAmos Adamu Under Fire At Hearing by honeric01(mod): 1:10pm On Aug 11, 2010
IFA Executive Committee member Amos Adamu came under fire on Tuesday at the opening session of the Inquiry set up by the National Assembly into the causes of Nigeria's football troubles.

Adamu responded by saying he would not be intimidated out of sports and challenged his accusers to come up with concrete proof of his wrongdoing.

"It is unfortunate that one man has held Nigerian sports down for too long,"

Kaduna State Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development, Mohammed Abdulazeez, told the forum.

"It is wrong for people to wonder where the problem of football in Nigeria lies when Adamu himself had said he could not afford to reprimand those who piloted the affairs of the country to the 2010 World Cup because he brought them to office.

"We are about to take the same path we took four years ago at the Sheraton Hotel, which took us to where we are today. That was when some people out of selfish interest decided to bend the rules so as to remove Ibrahim Galadima from office; then it was comfortable for them. That was how the same people that took us to our present predicament were elected."

But Adamu refused to shoulder the blame, describing his accusers as ignorant.

"Nobody can intimidate me out of sports; it is what I know how to do. Let me also say it here that I will always take responsibility for my actions and those of my workers, but the truth is that most of the people talking have no stake and they don't know what they are talking about. So you can only sympathize with them because they don't know."

Abdulazeez however, was having none of that.

"Where were you Dr. Adamu when the NFF illegally elongated the tenure of the State FAs? What did you say?

"Everything is all about selfish interest because people will always want to put those that will protect their interest in power. That illegal decision taken in Makurdi two years ago must be reversed before we conduct any election, nobody should intimidate us with FIFA."

He challenged Adamu to call on the NFF to hold states' FA elections before the NFF elections if he had the interest of Nigeria at heart.

The hearing continues on Wednesday.

Of course I will vote for Donald Duke against Tinubu. Yet I fear , whatever I say , you will not believe that because you think that Nigerians who can see the big picture , and thus rise above ethnic sentiments, do not exist. I am only supporting the AC because they seem ready to produce a candidate (Ribadu) I feel can move Nigeria forward. That they are a "Yoruba Party" is no concern of mine because I understand that , In Nigeria , political Parties are only a means to an end and not entities steeped in deep principle and integrity. Everything , for me is about , Nigeria gaining the right President.

If the ACN present Atiku or Alao-Akala as their candidate tomorrow you can be rest assured that I will vote against them. Similarly , I will vote for the PDP or the APGA if they produce a candidate I feel represents the best chance of progress for Nigeria. I will never vote for a candidate merely because he is running on the platform of a party from my region of Nigeria. it is all Nigerians that are suffering together while it is all the leaders , from various regions, that are enjoying stupendous wealth.
Thank you

On the contrary any reforms or talk that will not involve real federalism(not the nonsense we are doing) or confederation,a discusion by the diffenrent components that make up the country on how they want to be governed is just running around in circles or beating around the bush.
You are right, what i would love to see is every states having access to their resources, i mean everyone should develop their state with what they have and not this yeye thing we do.

Each state can then pay some certain amount to the federal government monthly as tax, while the federal government use such funds to help some of the states who are lagging behind and also to handle some other stuffs that might arise.

That is a lie, it's not rooted in all Nigerians because if that is the case then those ethnic groups who do not have their compatriot bidding for positions wouldn't have any reason to go out to vote, from my part of Nigeria, i don't have anyone running for a presidential position, so i can as well sit down at home and not vote (likewise my kinsmen) but then, i still go out to vote for who i believe has more of the country's interest at heart.

As for Etuhu, that guy should be playing amateur football, he's so ordinary, less than average and he's not worth the shirt.

Precisely . An Individual who wishes to cast his vote according to ethnic/clannish consideration is just an ignorant Nigerian who cannot see that it is leaders from every region that have let us down . We need to begin moving away from 'local champion' politics to thoroughly examine Nigerians , wherever they are from, who mean well for all Nigerians.
Thank you my brother.

What we as Nigerians need now is someone who's going to provide us with the basic amenities, just give us good roads, good health care, water, electricity and a proper housing structure, every other thing can be added later.
