1. I am filling a long-term visit visa. On the application it asked if there has been visa grant in the past 10 years which was yes. It asked for day of issue but when I looked through the application summary, it’s showing as date of application. So I want to ask if I should input the date the application was made or when it was issued.

2. It asked for the duration of the last visit. During the last application it was 2 weeks that was inputted but used 6 weeks. So should I input 2 weeks or the number of weeks that was originally used?

I am not the applicant in question, only going to sponsor and there is valid resident permit, just the Nigerian passport that has expired
