Good morning bro, you need a proper measurement for this roofing, but only after the roofing wood works are completed. Any other estimates is just a guess work that might not help you so much. In fact, before you complete this wood work, prices may have moved honor down, this is Nigeria where quotation stays relevant for only hours.

Every Nigerian is a thief unless they've not seen what to steal. Engineers here are calling artisans thief as if they are any better. I've tried my hands on all aspects of building projects till I specialized on roofing. The best anyone can do is to learn how to minimize theft.

I meant the same thing but I was saying is market women would be like “the price of things have gone up and Shebi they just increase your salary, there’s money now”

I don’t think the FG will agreed with 100k but 70k cos they would rather pay bogus money to the politicians and be shouting the country than pay workers well and reduce workers corruption. Then again the new minimum wages will bring inflation and I don’t think this is what the country needs at the present time.

With the standard of today building materials in Nigeria especially iron rod. Is it advisable to use 12mm for columns of a bungalow building and is chain beams necessary if we are going to have precast parapet on the building? Thank You Sir

You should wait for at least 4 days for the concrete to cure properly, however, if there were plans and the concrete was mixed to be used in a shorter period, 2 days will be enough. It's all about the mix. Thanks.
