Painting and flooring of the compound has started since last week...
Cost of screeding of the building is 230k
Painting is 320k

No screeding for fence but we used emolsion to prime it first... Then we used satin paint to paint it twice

britishcoins, what kind of business can you advise me to invest two million naira and make 500k profit monthly?

Salary job is rubbish in Nigeria. 10 years working experience as a graduate and my salary is just 290k. How will I build a nice house with such salary? Business is the way

I'm a fashion designer...

I've completed the tiling, I'm just left with fittings for the plumbing n electrical
