1) whats with the girl in green, her rear text, the arrows, and the subscribe box floating over the entire page? thats a serious no-brainer. Pls take it off. Thats very unprofessional....its a great distraction.

2) shorten your menu/menu-item names so it doesnt flow into 2-lines

3) You have displayed an intro for each post on the front page, where is the readmore button or link?
- and until you type an email into the subcribe box, your site doent allow any other thing to be done? cmon, thats so cheap a way of getting visitors to signup / subscribe to your site. At the end of the day, you might have 99% phony email addresses

that feature, as you described it is inbuilt into wordpress already.
Your login form is available at www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin
What you need to do is:
- create a new user and make the user an "author" - this use will be able to login and create posts and comments
- comments and posts are also available for the unregistered user by default

if you have cpanel access, go to your root folder, locate the theme and remove the code.

4) you are not a serious blogger if you post into "uncategorized". Create categories for your blogposts.
5) if you want more traffic, try to engage your users......
- try and make your posts to be "addressed to" your reader particularly, not to the entire world.
If you are into the life coach niche, try to share your own personal experience, and bring it into your story "big picture"

- your content has to be new, it has to be interesting, it needs to engage readers and it needs to give a reader a reason to come back tomorrow.

ps: dont blog as "admin".....you are telling the whole world what your username is.

- 130kb is HUGE for a file size. Use nice image editors that can "save for web". Ideally, any image you use should be about 23kb each; so your 130kb should be the file size for about 6-images

re-#1) if you download the copyrighted photos, cut and join, photoshop and gimp and paint, and add your own text, YES, you have still STOLEN and infringed on someone elses' copyright
why? there are a 1000+1 ways to know where your photo came from. There are applications and tools (free and commercial) online and offline that can crawl the internet and look for similar pictures with yours, analyze the pictures and give concrete information as to what the original information (text, graphics, video, etc) is.

re#2) always bear in mind that FREE is not always FREE. There is always a catch. They will do somethings for you, but you also give off some of your own rights.

- dont just do a google-image search, right click on an image and "save as" to somewhere on your computer. Go to the site where the image is found, and read if there are any copyright notices.

- there are images, there are pictures. there are clip-art,

- always credit sources

- also have a disclaimer on your site telling visitors that you source your images/pictures from the internet, so if they feel you have infringed on their privacy, they should contact you to notify you of the image and that you would do your best to clarify issues and "remove if necessary". The idea is to project yourself as willing to cooperate.

You dont need to be a developer. You just need to have an interest to know what exactly is going on and wrong or right as the case may be.

1) the first option under "consider fixing" you'll find information about your landing home page picture.

Your home page image is too large. This image(below) is 2.5MB in size http://yourdomainhere.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/JWP_BIOGEN_BYGRAVE_FEB2015_P1LO-RES.jpg

thats a thumbs down as far as google or any web-speed analysis tool is concerned. Thank God you dont have a slide show with about 10-images of same size, your size would just kaput.

Download the image, reduce the size and re-upload(to replace the former image).

If you are using windows, use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to reduce the size of your picture / any image to be used for your website.
