1. Should I use vps or normal unlimited hosting plan.

what kind of website do they require?
- is it for a simple advertisement of a movie or movies, somewhere viewers can read reviews, etc?
- one that offers downloading of digital content: clips, whole movies, etc?
- one that offers live streaming of movies?
...........as in what would users be doing on the website?
does your customer have any websites in mind that have features they need on their own website?

2. How much should I bill them because I don't want to scare them away with price.

this would be a function of their exact requirement. Dont bill them until you know their exact requirements

3. Which hosting company should I go for? Am already used to godaddy.

If I assume their requirements are heavy(video streaming, downloads, uploads, commercialization of content - subscription, etc;, I would get my own server or go for a cloud environment.

4. Am thinking of using wordpress.

Considering #3 above, my options would be 1) Drupal 2) Joomla 3)Wordpress

could be:

- the server where your site is hosted,memory issue
- theme issue.... can you try with the default theme enabled and either all-in-one or yoast enabled?

from my own experience yoast is slower than all-in-one.

Web Designers are basically graphic designers.

A web developer programs the back end of a website for functionality.

A webmaster is knowledgeable in all the aspects mentioned above plus SEO and Web Marketing...... note "knowledgeable", doesnt mean he is the one doing it. But he can advice, suggest, etc.

yes, if you are buying from Nigerian webhosting resellers who integrated voguepay into their carts. How do you know if voguepay is integrated? well look around the site and check from information. You dont want to go through the whole process of registering, ordering, etc before you find out there is no voguepay option.

Other payment options: yes surely. The normal's are mastercard, visacard, paypal, etc.

No Voguepay option, if you are buying from foreign webhosting providers..... but the normals are there for creditcards and paypal.

If your domain and hosting are purchased from the same provider, chances are they should be auto-pointed. Else just update the ns-records of the domain with whatever your hosts provide you.

-how to update codes or files on the website without disturbing the end users.

Every webhosting company out there would have a tool you can use via your browser to upload. Another option is via FTP (file transfer protocol).

what really do you want to do?

To delete, go to your click on media, find the image and delete.
To upload, for example featured image, click on the featured image box, the pop up window will open for you to upload from your computer

My 2-cents review:

1) your header image "dielem.com", is scary, as if it wants to tear my face apart.

2) as much as you want to monetize your website, when you overmonetize, the value of your content reduces. In your post: http://adielem.com/2016/04/01/how-to-add-google-search-box-to-your-website-blog/, you have 5-adverts within a single article.

- I checked through several of your articles. why are adverts showing after every 3-lines. Thats a serious no brainer. Serious error there.

How many people do you think will read the article after the first advert.
