1) When you make payment for a service and the service provider refuses to deliver. For example, I was part of those who lamented because of Web4Africa here:

Over the years, I have come across too many complaints from their customers. It leaves me wondering if service providers dont go online to find out what people are saying about them, valid complaints - and at least improve next time on where they failed this time. 2) When you do a job for someone and the person refuses to complete the payment.

At least, you might have collected a down payment at some point, but then the remaining hangs in mid air after the job is done. Ive come across several ppl here on NL who will ask for help to get something done on their site, we discuss & agree on pricing. Lo and behold, after the job is done, they refuse to balance up.

After some bad experiences with some Nigerian web hosting companies, I decided to stick to foreign hosts. I use foreign web hosts for all my personal projects.

I later saw a review of lekkihost.com here on Nairaland and decided to try them out, been using them for small client jobs. It's been lots of ups and downs with them but since I only use them for small jobs, I just keep managing.

But this is becoming alarming. For about two weeks now, they have been unreachable. Not replying emails, not responding to support tickets, not picking up their customer care line (09081177716), switched it off after a while.

I paid for the renewal of two domain names last month which are to expire this month and next. I paid more than a month in advance- August 9. They didn't renew them as they claimed on August 15. Now one of the domains has expired and the other will soon expire. They did NOT renew both of them and have not been responding.

Is anybody facing the same with them? Does anybody know what is happening? How does one explain this to the clients?

I need to move all my domains and websites out ASAP. But they are no longer responding.

1) Cross over to wordpress.

2) If you still consider staying with blogger,
a) you might need to shop for another visually appealing theme, one which helps visitors to your site to focus on your content.

You should use a wider theme where content can be featured very well(size-wise) in your sidebars......unlike your present theme.

b) A magazine theme would be most appropriate for a fashion related blog. Your visitors want to see pictures......

c) your domain says "arealbeautyhub" and your slogan says:"Unbelievable Beauty, Lifestyle & Fashion Tips, Beauty product reviews, Skin treatments etc."

So what do posts that talk about romantic movies listing, etc have to do with your niche? Stick with your niche.

d) You need to learn to use images properly

Install wordpress into a subfolder of your mail site.....for example in a folder named 'blog'
Add a menu to your static page linking to the blog.
Edit the menu colors to match your static page or vice versa.
