I own a 27 classroom school in Idimu Lagos. It's called Milben School. Creche, Nursery, Primary & Secondary.
The objective of the school is to provide top quality education to children of the lower class in the society.
The gap between the western world and Africa is a bot too much. To make this issue worse, the western world's
development pace isn't slowing down, it is speeding up and Africa's pace isn't geared up to compete. Very sad!

The children of the middle and upper class in who have been privileged to acquire quality education are caught up in
the high of their luxuries forgetting their primary duty which is, aiding the growth of their home country. To tackle this issue,
i bought a school(Milben School) in the Alimosho local government area of Lagos(the most populated local government area in Lagos).

My mission is to develop the school to a Lekki/International standard school specifically for the children of the lower class and provide
them with education at a cost next to nothing. Imagine putting a child that hawks on the streets into a 2013 Lexus, he/she would be so glad
and would want to always come back into that car. The chances that he would accept the education the driver of the Lexus gives him would be very high.
The percentage of the rich Nigerian kids whom have received quality education in my perspective aren't enough to tremendously impact on the growth of the Nation.
My solution is to provide much more of the Nigerian children with QUALITY EDUCATION AT VERY AFFORDABLE COSTS, IF POSSIBLE, FREE.

ON this mission, your N3m would be used to organise trainings for the teachers, complete the creation of the computer labs and other things the Federal Ministry Of Education
have asked use to do. Tho i did not set out on this venture to make profit, my friends have said that my Return On Investment would be far more than i expect.

With My Advertising Project


On the advertising project: Most of the money would go into the operating cost of the company. ie paying staff's monthly wage. Their job description includes,
1) Going out to the streets to locate possible advert sites, approaching the site owners to propose our leasing contracts.
2) Run arounds to Lagos State Signage And Advertising Agency's office(LASAA) to pursue site approval.
3) Going to media buying agencies of advertisers to build relationships and tender vacant sites owned by the company up FOR SALE.

Advertising IS BIG! It's like real estate. Lots of money is made here.

There is no way you can get 2.1M for a 2004/6 car bought in 2008 (The last two editions of the toyota Corolla - Bank Type).
Will get a brand new car for 2.1M so why would I spend that amount on a car driven in Nigeria for the past 5yrs and done 66k miles on Nigerian bad roads.
To be honest with you, the car is not yours or the car does not exist.
You think you can make very quick cash on this car with that amount or the car like I said does not exist if not you should post pictures of the car.

Did I mis-inform you? Naa I don't think so. The car is a 2008 model bought brand new in late 2008. I Neva said it was a 2004/6 model so your unintelligent argument isn't valid sir! wld upload pics in a giffy if the Internet connection permits.

i priced it at N2.1m because the car was bought brand new for N4.5m in late 2008 and it did approximately 20,000km per year till 2013(now). Millage currently is 66k. Depreciation is put at N600,000 per year and let me age the car to be 4 years old, 4 * 600,000 = 2,400,000. therefore N4,500,000 - N2,400,000 = QED N2,100,000.
Makes sense??

My 1st high speed was 200km Sunday evening In Abuja. Was driving the 2008 Acura MDX. I was jejely Sunday cruising, next thing these Abuja street racers in a convoy of super cars just tore passed me, na so I vex gas downnnnn. My ACURA A PERFORMER ANYDAY RESPONDED QUICK, na so I join the convoy briefly.

2nd was on 3rd mainland bridge at about 3am, was heading back from the club tipsy driving a brand new 2012 TOYOTA AVALON. I SLIGHTLY PASSED THE 200km mark.

3rd was on my way from LAGOS TO ABUJA! WAS DRIVING THE 5.6liter V8 NISSAN TITAN TRUCK (sports edition), heavy duty tires, oboy I was constantly hitting 200km/h. I no even know say I de run. Looool
