Lol interesting.. ADC is not that contender we need... And I don't believe anyone has to dine with the devil.. instead dine with the people in a way that we can all relate to. I have just one word to describe a solution but I won't say it just yet.. Maybe I will in 2026 |
This is brilliant!!!! Na to execute this remain.,.. content creators, see narrative to push o |
False. George Dashwood Taubman Goldie was a British colonial administrator and the founder of the Royal Niger Company, which played a significant role in the British colonization of Nigeria. However, he was **not** the founder of Nigeria itself. Nigeria was officially formed in 1914 through the amalgamation of the Northern and Southern Protectorates, led by Lord Frederick Lugard, the then Governor-General. Goldie’s influence in Nigeria was mainly during the late 19th century, laying the groundwork for British control but not directly founding the country. |

This topic is a massive one. We need to fix Alot of things including installing the software of a new orientation to living into every Nigerian. An orientation that comes with a safety net for the next meal for everyone. A Nigeria where everyone knows that what to eat tomorrow will never be a problem for ever and ever regardless of you class and position on the relevance ladder.. I am writing a book currently: Title is; "Steps To Mars; The Battle Against Sapa" Table of Contents Chapter 1: The Rise of Sapa (1) - 1.1 The Shadow of Poverty (2) - 1.2 Sapa's Origins Revealed (3) - 1.3 The City Under Siege Chapter 2: Enter D'Prince (1) - 2.1 Vision in the Dark (2) - 2.2 The Birth of Zepama (3) - 2.3 Rallying the legs Chapter 3: Agents of Chaos (1) - 3.1 Saboteurs in the Shadows (2) - 3.2 The First Strike (3) - 3.3 Fear and Doubt Resurface Chapter 4: Allies Assemble, this is the ghen ghen part when the action of all the correction we need enters. Lool if you want to contribute to any part of the story, feel free to talk to me about it..

Two metrics are very important. If they can be balanced; Demand-Pull: GDP growth, consumer spending, export volume. Supply-Cost: Inflation rate, interest rates, business operating costs. Gdp growth will mean consumer spending has increased and export volumes up. How will consumer spending increase? Currently majority of the population earn less than $2.50/day. How can we increase the people's earnings to $10/day? What resources/tech can be leveraged on? I have ideas of several solutions leveraging on tech that can help increase earning of the people. That's another topic. How will exports increase? What are the most exportable resources? Which ones have the highest return rates and the lowest creation cost? There are there in plain sight: we invest in them and make them 1st solve local gaps and then export across Africa and the world. All of this is solving for demand pull. Them supply cost - Inflation rate must be controlled using data, interest rates must be balanced with the Ecosystem to business operating costs low enough to keep sustainable operations. Some actions can have elements of both demand and supply-side effects like address speculations which is necessary. After blocking all leakages from new technologies in the digital economy, create regulations like SEC is doing with the VASP license and then reopen the digital space up. Show transparency and communicate about economic policies with citizens for input to build trust and confidence, potentially leading to increased consumer and investor spending. Then obviously, Manage foreign exchange reserves effectively. |
OBO is the very best of them all... If you think otherwise, it's ok. But OBO stands miles apart from the rest. |
It's crucial to balance regulation and innovation, ensuring that measures to combat manipulation do not stifle the growth of the digital economy or hinder the legitimate use of digital currencies. What our country Nigeria could employ to tackle these challenges: -. Strengthen Regulatory Frameworks Enhance Oversight of P2P Platforms: Implement stricter regulations and oversight for peer-to-peer (P2P) exchange platforms operating within Nigeria. This could involve requiring platforms like Binance to register with Nigerian financial authorities and comply with local financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Set Clear Guidelines for Merchants: Establish clear guidelines and requirements for merchants operating on these platforms, including verification processes, transaction limits, and anti-market manipulation policies. -. Monitor and Enforce Compliance Collaborate with Platforms: Work closely with P2P platforms to monitor transactions and identify suspicious activities. Platforms should be required to report large transactions and suspicious patterns that may indicate market manipulation. |
market stabilization actions are needed yes, but Banning crypto could push the ecosystem underground, making it harder to regulate and potentially exacerbating financial instability. A balanced approach, where crypto is regulated and integrated into the financial system with proper oversight, is a better choice. This would allow FG harness its benefits while mitigating its risks. Benefits like having 1) alternative financial system, 2) potentially increases financial inclusion, 3)transparency of transactions, 4) better supply and demand management Direct inflation control measures that will Strengthen the economic fundamentals here are monetary policy proposals for Nigeria involving crypto and blockchain, targeting inflation control without stifling growth: - Manufacturing Zones: Establish special economic zones with incentives for manufacturers, including tax breaks and infrastructure support to spur industrial growth. - Crypto-Backed Agricultural Lending: Launch a blockchain-enabled platform for issuing crypto-backed loans to farmers at below-market interest rates. This encourages agricultural productivity, a sector crucial for growth and inflation control, by providing much-needed capital. The use of crypto ensures ease of distribution and repayment, while blockchain technology ensures transparency and tracking of fund usage. - Blockchain-Managed Supply Chain Financing: Implement a supply chain financing system using blockchain to provide liquidity to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By using a stablecoin pegged to the Naira, businesses can transact and receive financing with more stability, reducing the pressure on forex demand, a key contributor to inflation. - Tourism Development Strategy: Develop historical and cultural sites, invest in tourist infrastructure, and market aggressively to international tourists to boost foreign exchange earnings. Transaction Ledgers. A public ledger recording all transactions to ensure transparency. It can have Privacy settings to balance transparency with confidentiality through diversification and increased productivity. Digital Infrastructure Bonds: Issue blockchain-based bonds to fund digital infrastructure projects, attracting global crypto investors and ensuring transparent use of funds. |

Title: The Election Madness FADE IN: INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY Ade, Bay, and Dap are sitting on a couch, watching the news about the upcoming elections. ADE: (excitedly) Guys, the elections are coming up soon! Have you decided who to vote for? BAY: (sarcastically) Yeah, I'm voting for the candidate who promised to give us free food forever. DAP: (rolling his eyes) Bay, stop being silly. We need to vote for someone who has a good track record and can lead our country to greatness. ED enters the room, carrying a large stack of flyers. ED: Hey guys, have you seen these flyers? I'm running for office! ADE: (surprised) Ed, you're running for office? What's your manifesto? ED: (proudly) I'm running on a platform of free ice cream for everyone! BAY: (shaking his head) Ed, you're not taking this seriously, are you? ED: (defensively) Of course I am! I've even made campaign t-shirts that say "I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ed's ice cream!" DAP: (sighing) This is getting out of hand. We need to focus on the real issues that are affecting our country. ADE: (nodding) Yeah, like education, healthcare, and the economy. BAY: (smiling mischievously) Or we could just vote for the candidate who promises to make Mondays a national holiday. DAP: (exasperated) Bay, that's not even a real issue! ED: (grinning) But it's a great idea! Who wouldn't want an extra day off every week? ADE: (laughing) Ed, you're a clown. But I have to admit, your ice cream campaign slogan is pretty catchy. BAY: (smiling) Yeah, I might even vote for you just for the free ice cream! DAP: (shaking his head) I give up. You guys are impossible. The group continues to debate and joke about the upcoming elections, each with their own unique perspective on the issues. FADE OUT. 2 / 2 |
Rubyjade:Title: The Election Shenanigans FADE IN: INT. A SMALL TOWN VOTING CENTER - ELECTION DAY ADE, Bayo, and Dapo, three enthusiastic volunteers, are setting up the voting booths, while Eddy a lazy government official, sits in a corner playing games on his phone. ADE: (Excitedly) Today is the big day, guys! I can't wait to see the turnout. Bayo: (Nervously) I just hope everything goes smoothly. I heard there are already some reports of voter fraud. Dapo: (Confidently) Don't worry, Bay. We'll keep a close eye on things. Ain't that right, Ade? ADE: (Proudly) You bet! Nothing will get past us. Suddenly, a loud noise interrupts their conversation. They turn to see Eddy, who has accidentally knocked over a pile of voting forms. Eddy: (Nonchalantly) Oops, my bad. You guys can handle that, right? ADE: (Angrily) Ed, what have you been doing all day? Get up and help us! Eddy: (Sarcastically) Oh, I'm sorry, Your Highness. I didn't realize I was supposed to work on election day. Bayo: (Sternly) Eddy, we all have a job to do here. This is important, and we need to make sure everything is done right. Eddy: (Sighing) Fine, fine. I'll help. But don't expect me to break a sweat. As they clean up the mess, a group of voters starts to arrive. The volunteers greet them and direct them to the voting booths. ADE: (Eagerly) Good morning, sir! Here's your form, and here's where you can vote. Bayo: (Politely) Good morning, ma'am! Right this way, please .... Something loading like this? |
