I like this... Can you send me the cost of planting these? Say on a one kilometer stretch ... I know someone that would be interested in Abuja Sunstorm95: It has been my observation that most Nigerians think nothing good can ever emanate from Nigeria. Their life long dream is always to migrate to developed countries , but they forget most things in developed countries were deliberately set up by human minds. Nigeria can be just as beautiful and developed as anywhere in the wold once the humans makeup their minds to put things in place. I'm not sure if these trees already exist in Nigeria, maybe not that many ,but i think they thrive in Tropical climates . The photo below is Singapore which has the same tropical climate as Nigeria or could be hotter than many parts of Nigeria. I think Nigerians should care more about aesthetics . Most things in Nigeria are poor quality with lack of attention to detail . Having these trees at public parks and on streets would beautify the entire place once in a while and is also good for the mind. |

Are you an architect? I like what you are proposing Sunstorm95: Why do Nigerian leaders build things at obscured dead end locations ? I understand a need for city expansion but at least a new major Avenue should be built connecting to other avenues. How about build demolishing the existing dilapidated watt market and build a world class Watt Market/Watt shopping center or Marian Market/mall where the Calabar residents already shop everyday? Or how about build a world class Calabar Beach Market or mall where the Calabar residents go everyday, instead of building a new Tinapa market or complex at an obscured inaccessible location? that's my whole point and that's why a lot of projects struggle or fail in Nigeria.
There needs to be laws and licenses for everything to keep things in order. also ban street/roadside hawking ,overloading of vehicles and all that. If an individual gets license to do business they'll be decent enough to keep their place clean ,but as it stands right now any random person can set up a shade and sell whatever they want , that's why Nigerian markets are dirty. No law and order what so ever ,no business registration what so ever. |

Better to try 1st. I am healthy and I am trying to sell unity back to Nigeria using the Nigerian flag. I did a survey and I found that only 3 out of 10 Nigerians have ever bought or owned a Nigerian flag.....so during this pandemic I made green white green facemasks and tried to get some leaders to buy-into it to Sell Nigeria back to Nigerians and send the message of hope for a brighter future.... Na the matter we still de ontop till now

Your observation is correct. Maybe it can be converted it into an opportunity...Who has tried appling for the jobs Or contract? Maybe kilometer per kilometer VaselineCrew: Some roads may have lanes when just constructed, but as soon as they start to fade away, that is the end of the lane marking on that road, almost never to be re-marked again.
Generation after generation of Nigerian drivers keep adapting to the lawlessness of driving on roads without lane markings, further worsening the already chaotic driving situation aided by low level enforcement of law and order by the police force.
I guess to some, we should rejoice at the fact that we even have roads in the first place. Unfortunately, these people are somewhat justified, in the sense that, the unsightly sight of bad roads pervades the entire country.
All in all, we need to promote order in our society and lane markings are a step towards order, at least in terms of road transportation.
You cannot aspire to become a developed country and ignore the details, because the details are far from trivial. |

This is why I want to be involved in video production. Make this kind of narrative into an animation series. Build characters with different abilities and make a good show.. See Cartoons like Bat Simpsons, The Jetsons and more.. those shows stretch the intelligence. B4 you know it, people start looking for how to create these types of products. I like jare.. Jakumo: After beeping to alert the mask wearer about the Corona Virus presence nearby, small but powerful gas dispensers actuate and flood the entire area with a powerful but stinky gas that kills all bacteria and viruses within the locality.
Enemies of progress and cattle herdsmen are also know to simply roll over and die the instant they inhale gas from that Amotekun face mask, currently on sale at the giveaway price of JUST twenty thousand naira each, with a purchase limit of twenty masks per customer.
Thank you, and God breast Nigeria. |

Let's talk about this hotel sale on the phone. grandstar: The Intercontinental hotel in Victoria hotel is for sale at 35bn.
What will determine if you buy it? How beautiful and grandiose the hotel or the company accounts?
What will influence your decision, that it has 180 well furnished rooms or that room occupancy rates have fallen to 30%?
What will influence your decision, that it has parking space for 1,000 cars or that it can't service it's debt of N20bn?
I trust that it's the accounts you'll pay more attention to If you were illiterate, what will influence your decision, probably what you can see
Economist focus more on "accounts" than what they see on the outside. Nice fancy projects maybe built on mountains of unpayable debt are secondary to them. What they see while seating down the armchair economist can't see standing on the highest mountain
For instance, the statistics show that under Buhari ,Debt levels have increased greatly. It has shot through the roof. As the figures shows, it was 12% in 2014 but 25% of GDP by 2018.
Debt service to revenues has lept from 27% of GDP in 2014 to 60% of GDP in 2018. That means that 60% of the budget is used to service debt! If a person spends 60% of his income on servicing debt, will you not be worried for the person? How much more for the country and it's rising
Jonathan allowed endemic corruption under his watch. There was a lot of fiscal recklessness under him
However his economic policies were much sounder than those of Bubari If Buhari had simply maintained those policies and even improved on them and fought corruption, better.
He instead introduced economic policies such as pegging of the Naira to the dollar which was a recipe for financial ruin. I wrote off this Government when it did that.
Buhari is a principled man no doubt but he scores an F9 in economics. Worse, he is still determined to impose economic hubris on the country. |

Talk to GOD. Tell him to make himself closer to you. When he does, I believe you will find new meanings to daily living. Infinitely perfect GOD!
Note that he knows you by strands of your hair. Proof, no one else has the same finger print as you.
Travel out of your location for a while. Doesn't have to be too far. Tour Nigeria around you and appreciate natures beauty.
I hope this makes sense and helps you. Remember a tree loses it's leaves every year and does give up and die, it stands and waits till the seasons change and it's leaves start growing again green. |

There will be serious civil unrest that will look like a war situation. But there won't be war. Christians will be persecuted. There will be fear and terror.
The military Will take over, and an interim government will be instituted.
