It's is no longer news how some people looted some Local Government secretariats across Osun State today, including private business and politician houses. At the Ede South Secretariat, Ede houses other offices such as the INEC office for the LG, Customary Court, NSCDC (Civil Defence), Nigerian Immigration Service Office, among others.

The hoodlums broke into every offices and carted away valuables worth millions of naira, all in the name of searching for COVID-19 palliative food items. Below are images of abandoned properties that were too heavy or which they couldn't carry any longer. such abandoned items could still be seen littered around the roads and streets around the secretariat.

Some of the items carted away include electronics, chairs and tables, immunization facilities, vehicles were dismantled, canopy, fans, air conditioners, rugs, filling cabinets etc

Interestingly, the Police Station is like 4 electricity poles to the secretariat.

These criminal acts of looting public and private offices and businesses should stop.
