Who has travelled outside Nigeria within 6 months after traveling for the first time and not conpleting the NCDc covid tests? There was a lot of issues with the portal then that resulted in me not paying and being able to do the tests.
Now, Im planning on traveling again next month and Im wondering if the 6-month travel restrictions are actually enforced and if it is , what the way forward is to resolve it.

Please anyone with experience/knowledge in this should help me with some clarifications. Thanks

Yeah, I'm already hosting it on heroku with the free plan. But their basic fee of $7 a month is kinda steep with the Naira dollar ish right now. All Nigerian hosting services I've seen are supporting only php. Nigerians too like php I swear.

The site runs on rails. Looking for hosting. Preferably cheap and takes payment in Naira if possible. Thanks!

yes, but their best plan is 2500 for 1.5gb day and 3gb night which is rubbish. Im talking legit plans, i dont do cheats. im not saying glo is the fastest in Nigeria but it definitely compares to any network speed in Nigeria. Glo has an unfair reputation for being slow and thats what made me keep using Etisalat for so long. Ive since switched to glo and i dont regret that decision

It goes beyond tariff. An operator may offer cheap tariff yet still have poor network signal. Then of what use would it be if I buy cheap data yet experience slow network

depends on where you stay, glo is the fastest network in my area. I get up to 1mb/s on downloads
