Bro there are physical scratch on your phone camera due to the fact it has a pop up camera...
The 2 lines you see is as a result of your ]camera going up and down ]which is the direction of the line you complain of....
Fix
The outer glass of the lense needs to be replaced
So take it to redmi customer service to fix it....
It's not software issues....

Good day all. I'm having serious problem with my wife's Redmi 7 phone. I saw a notification for update and i downloaded the updates. After downloading, i tried to install it. Ever since then, the phone has been showing fastboot for some hours now.

The screen will go off and automatically restart with the same Fastboot showing. Please i need urgent help on what to do. Thanks as i await your response.

Modified: Note i didn't touch the phone or try to reboot it. I'm not a novice to it because i do update my redmi 8 on several occasions.

Flash fastboot ROM. Don't relock ur bootloader if you don't want to see 'system is destroyed'
RN8 PRO is not meant for tweaking except u r a super guru in tweaking. Not for JJC. I doubt if any1 can assist you here in case a disaster happens
I advise you to get a Xiaomi phone with Snapdragon processor if you like to tweak
