Had same issue when I ordered the redmi on slot online. They didn't have it in stock and have since refunded my money.

Forget about making unnecessary fuss online, here's how you go about it.

They sent u a confirmation mail after placing the order which was sent from sales@slot.com or something similar.
So respond to that email and attach your account details and order number asking for a refund since the item is out of stock. Also let em know you got a call from their customer care rep.

They'll respond, letting you know they've received your account details and that it'll take about 7 days or so to process.

I received my refund 48 hours later with the tp.
This life no too hard like that

The account above is a scammer pls don't ever transact with him.
He do alot of things that look very real but they are all fake.
He many sites he's using to due people one of them is bingXiaomiphonedotcom created by WOO commerce.

Perfecttouch will come and add the rest and his phone number and call other Nairalanders he has scammed.
I reported his num on whatsap so everything got wiped off.
Never give him any money,he has deleted all his posts on Nairaland so people should broadcast the site and see if it can be taken down.

I spent 5 days looking for a store that sold the note 8 in my town but the ones I found either didn't have the device or had doubled the cost for the device. I even saw a store that wanted to sell it for 98k for me.

Their devices have awesome specs but they need to advertise in the real world. All the shops I went to had tecno, infinix and itel phones at normal prize and they were everywhere. Definitely people will go for them cos most persons don't even know the use of the different chipsets in a device. They just follow popular opinion.

And if your normal transsion device gets bad na, the possibility of getting a repairman in your street self is very high. This is a deal breaker for everyone.

In the end Sha, I got a Tecno device. Though the specs no near, but I can't stay long without a fone. I don try. Hopefully I go sell am later buy the one after my heart.

I wasn't able to save their contacts beforehand.

I'll just check again tomorrow and if I don't see a note 8, I'll just buy a tecno and damn the consequences.

I finally ransacked Artillery Today and it was quite fruitless.
The only Note 8 device available which was even scarce was the 128gb ROM version and they wanted to sell it for 98k.


Abeg, do you know where else I can get the device from?
