For the sake of continuity, Obama; after watching the debates, it is clear that Romney really does not have what it takes. Good and intelligent a man he may be, he does not seem to understand that running a company and running a country are two ENTIRELY different things! Plus the guy shoots before he aims. I have lost count how many times he's goofed. Also, why on earth would anyone want to vote for the party that put America in the mess it is in, in the first place?
FYI, for those who say they would vote for Romney because of religion and Obama being linked to Illuminati and such, Romney is NOT a Christian. He practices Mormonism and there are many beliefs they have that are not scriptural(I have researched this). He may be the less of two evils but I really don't believe he is the answer to America's problem. In fact neither candidates are the answer to America's problem.
America is under divine judgement and until they repent, they will NEVER return to their glory days! This was a country sold out to God by their fore-fathers...then they decide to kick God out in 1962 with their so-called "Separation of church and state" plus allowing even encouraging same sex marriage. They fail to realise that their greatness is attributed to their covenant with God...they have become too self-sufficient, taking liberty for licence.
They can continue to deceive themselves, I say it again, NO REPENTANCE, NO RESTORATION! period!

Kudos to the genuine comment and I am in full agreement. Late Pastor Bimbo would NOT have subscribed to this inappropriate outfits...except of course, materials to make the outfits decent suddenly ran out, which I doubt!

We tend to believe that because we are centuries away from the stone ages, the basic instincts of men when it comes to the "hunt" has changed. Sorry to bust anyone's bubble, but I dare to say, IT HAS NOT! A guy tends to value MORE a woman he took the pains to woo and win...it is in his blood and psyche to hunt, obtain and enjoy. Take that away from him and soon enough, discontent will set in...it is only a matter of time. From creation till now, man's nature has not changed one bit! Times have, technology has, knowledge has, but old-fashioned masculine instincts HAVE NOT! No matter how flowery people may try to make it, women NEVER send the right signals to a man when they make the first move or worse propose marriage (something in them sets off a warning signal which they are masters at hiding these days). Permit me to say, "HE that FINDETH a WIFE findeth a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord. (bible no get hot potato for mouth wen e talk am)
Now, please don't get me wrong, there are exceptions, but they are very far and in between. Since we all live by the "general rules" and WE ARE AFRICANS (and like it or not,we are not "white people" so comparisons don't count), I think women should be the treasure they are and let the man pursue them and propose to them; NO MAN EVER PROPOSES TO A WOMAN UNTIL HE HAS THOUGHT IT THROUGH (the responses I have read so far even emphasizes this). If a woman beats him to it, I doubt he would appreciate it!

Definitely not! For me, christianity is more than a religion. It determines my lifestyle and everything of importance to me. To vote for an athiest would be in direct violation of my beliefs.

I think she is too young to marry ( and I hope she does not tow the line her mother did in terms of marriage - there lies the source of her doom) but I see no issue in her getting married to this particular guy. Unless he is a person of no character, shouldn't the family be happy the girl is choosing to marry someone they know instead of a complete stranger?

It's tough to get jobs in this country. However, I think major problems are candidates applying for jobs simply do not follow the instruction given to them on how to apply for a job, their preparations are generally sloppy and "selling" themselves is a chore.
But in your case, I suspect nepotism and this can take different forms. They either had someone in mind before and decided to throw it open to other people to make the process look legit or someone somewhere knows someone who got them the job (if you know what I mean).Also I have to wonder how effective some so-called recruitment processes are. Do these employers really know what to test and how to test?
Anyway, let me use this as an opportunity to advertise some vacancies in my office:
* Sales Managers (Security Services) - at least 30 years, He/she must have at least 3-5 years experience in selling security services (guards service,escort services etc)
* Sales Managers (Security Infrastructure) - at least 30 years, He/she must have at least 3-5 years experience in selling security infrastructure (CCTV, access control etc)
* Drivers - at least 30 years, at least 2 years experience with a valid drivers licence.
* Security guards - male or female, at least 25 years, males must be at least 1.57ms in height and females 1.5ms in height.

Agreed, most of these stuffs are for ladies abroad, but not all naija babes are money-minded. People need to be careful when making general statements like that. There is always the exception that bends the rule. Being romantic with the one you love should not be a "yankee" or "naija" thing. The environment (political and social) determines how we would react to situations termed as romantic but let's face...WE ARE ALL STILL MEN AND WOMEN WHO NEED TO GET EMOTIONAL from time to time whether we are black or white.
