One of my staff who received 2nd payment on 17th received 3rd payment just now...
I'm waiting for my own and others .....

What is now the update regard the response to the SMS text message from survival fund. I suggests someone should get across to them by email.

Not criteria for payment they just want you to tell the world that Buhari government is working. My staff that received 2nd payment received same SMS for first payment confirmation... Lol
If you like post on your social media platform or not you will get paid if verified.

Don't worry is network it shows that your details has entered into the system, within 24 hour it will reflect on your profile. We experince same

Well since your company account recieved first payment and the message is send to CEO that's why you receive the sms, you should copy and pest on Twitter or FB as directed but also add that your staff have not receive first payment.

I have not receive such SMS because I have been paid 2nd payment with 3 of my staff. Meanwhile if this survival fund are well organized they should have record of people that receive payment, don't be surprised that some people will receive more than 3 payment as stipulated for the programme or less than.

Someone posted on their Twitter that she login into her survival fund and discovered that the company name have replace with another name while she has received first payment....... Anything can happen

I didn't add my company account cos as at the survival fund registration, I had issues with it. So I used my personal account details as the company's account. And it was verified. I've been paid.

Is possible you were paid in error the first set of people they paid some of them were lucky because after then they came up with different updates. Someone was paid then while he uses SMEDAN Certificate as CAC. Now they have started sending people notification to update their CAC and the person doesn't have any.

No. The business account detail is what they need and the the BVN of the CEO that is linked to the business account, when the business account status is shown verified that means your business account name is what appears and not your personal account .
That's why they pay CEO through their companybank account and not their personal account

I have 19 workers and I registered only 10 workers as required. Now one of them got the first alert and never returned to work. She didn't even tell me except one of her friends among my workers .So Wat do I do because definitely she is going to get the remaining three months

There is Nothing you can do, no option to remove or add employees after registration on the platform.

What about those that uploaded the CAC since August? Our CAC status is still showing Verifying...(additional info) check back for manual verification in real time.

Sir, have others been paid now? I think they're cutting down on the number of recipients for the 2nd payment. Someone reported on another thread that only one of his staff got paid.

Not yet, now I understand what they mean by minimum of 3 employees and maximum of 10 are to be paid, which implies that they decide to pay number of staffs between 3 to 10 it does matter how many employees you register. Some employers was complaining that some their staffs didn't receive on the first payment.
I think they have chosen to pay 3 of my employees and me this 2nd time, now I should be waiting for last payment and they will decide how many staff to pay.

Mind you, I used SMEDAN certificate not CAC certificate. What can you advise me to do now ?

The only solution is to look for someone with CAC Document and use the person information to edit your profile as an employer then add yourself as an employee. You can not register CAC now and get the documents immediately, you cannot also use forge CAC for the registration. Beware of those who say inbox me i will help you.........

Employers are to recieve 50k payroll.
Employee, 30k.
Thats why I'm wondering how your employee got the 50k alert...did you add his account as the business or main account?

Some employee also receive 50k not only employer. and some employer also receive 30k. What they pay depend on them between 30k to 50k

Seeing that you are an employee, I can understand your sentiments. But understand the following:

1.The fund is called payroll support because it was meant to support employers of labour who have been through a rough patch during the pandemic.

2.To ensure the money is used for the payroll of staff is the only reason they requested staff account details.

3.The goal is to ensure that businesses stay afloat and not layoff staff due to payroll burden caused by the pandemic.

4. The objective is not to dash you money. If you want free money check the other covid households relief schemes that are running simultaneously with this one.

You are pissed because some employers like school proprietors are making profits from this. Don't be an entitled or jealous individual. Running a business in this country is like living a block away from suicide, freaking difficult especially in the early phase.
When your employer makes a loss, you get paid your complete salary and take no part in the loss. So why wail and lament because he makes a profit?
You should probably start a business of your own and I bet you'd sing a different tune. Act like a real Sufi mystic friend!

The truth is that if the employer knew that this money will not be paid to employers account, believe me they would have use their family and relative account details than employee!
Now there are lots of issues with employer and employee because of this survival fund, some employee have resign after collecting first payment and will continue to recive the remaining 2 months without working. Some of employee think is free money from government and should not be use as their salary. It's unfortunate they don't understand what is PAYROLL SURVIVAL FUND.
It will be better for government should pay the rest of the fund to company account.

You will be paid, one of my staff missed their call and still get paid

The company name, their salary and their bank details to confirm what they have on the system

You should have pre-informed them about the calls. When I heard they were calling employee I quickly informed all my employee about it and the questions to expect , I don't take chances

It depends but mine is 2 weeks after I was called while my employee recieved calls 1 week after I was called and all got paid this week

They called four of my employees two talked with them and the other two miss their calls, hope it won't affect the others.

It will not affect them, one of my employee missed their call and one answered but network problem didn't allow the communication while 2 didn't receive any call and the rest answered call but all got paid.

my brother; I have done all this before. I have previously screenshot my dashboard,CAC certificate and Tax certificate and I sent it to their mail and their contact on the survival fund web site. I haven't gotten any reply. my dashboard is still showing verifying CAC and unable to verify CAC in real time;check back for manual verification result. It has been like that for the past 3 weeks.

Okay your case is CAC is still verifying, that means until it shown verified.

You will get the money but I will advice, screenshot your dashboard showing all verified and send it to their email explain that you are yet to get alert. They don't respond to mail but they read all email. I did this last week and i get my pay this week but I don't know if is as a result of that. .

I wonder why some employers will use survival fund money tagged covid 19 support as salary for there staffs.
This simply means you dont have conscience.
Let's assume there was no such scheme by the government, wont you have paid your staffs salary.
This same staffs has been working and generating money for you, beside it was there personal bvn that was used for this registration.
If government really want this to serve as salary, they would have save themselves the stress and quietly pay into the company's account.
We all know the challenges with this covid 19, the cost of every single item has increased but no increase in salary.
And now that govt has decided to support, employers want to eat the money.
Please if you know what is good for you, kindly give your staffs there entitlement, it is there sweat and right.
Even the bible said a labourer is entitled to his wages.
Note: na staff prayers they grow company.

You are wrong to some extend. The programme is called PAYROLL survival fund, FG simple want to help employer pay some of their staff salary for 3 months not free money. What he should have done is to not ask for refund but to allow her take that amount as salary for the month.
I did not ask any of my employee for refund but allow them use it as their salary for the month even when the pay is higher than what I pay some of them.
Meanwhile I didn't have up to 10 staff so I added people I just want to help and the got the money. Yesterday I received showers of blessing from them and they will enjoy this money for 3 months. It depend on the individuals
