Shut up there.

The Nigerian league has improved vastly. You wouldn’t know because all you know is EPL.

You didn't have to tell me to shut up, well, upbringing matter a lot. That being said, you can only follow what is been televised even beyond the shores of the country. In addition, a country's league is judged by the viewership and performance on the continent. Until these indexes improve, I stand by my opinion of the league.

If it's just by tactics, Pep will stick to the players he met at Mancity

The team is missing 3 keys players that were in AFCON

Osimhen, Moses and Ekong

I get your points, but tactics matter a lot, give some coaches the best players in the world, and they will still fail woefully.

The problem of Nigeria is that they are using more overseas players, while south africa is using local based players

Well, the South Africans have a very potent league, very beautiful to watch by African standard. They also have a team in Sundowns that is among the top 5 on the continent, but the ours rarely make it past the group stages of all African competitions, even our league is an eyesore.

Well, I said it before and would repeat it, Finidi isn't ripe yet for this job. How they skipped Amunike to give him the job still baffles me.

My guess, they, the NFF, set him up to fail so that they can have the moral ground to sign a foreign coach as against the Sports Ministry's insistence that they must go for a local coach.

But fingers crossed, let's judge him after Benin, only that it might have been too late by then if things remain the same.

I don’t see any good game

SA seem to have a better tactical plan.

I don’t see the benefit of Onuachu either Moffi or Boniface would have been better

Well, they started well by stringing passes together to infiltrate the South Africans thru the middle. But it is presently so lala.

Nwabali's ball distribution is wack. Ademola is getting too selfish, these opportunities won't be there the entire game.

Overall, good play so far

People already judging and lambasting them. Take chill pills guys...This same act you are castigating turned them into millionaires, especially the bride, she is very good at it. Their skits are all over the Internet, and they have come a long way together.

Wishing them a HML.

Hmmm, I really learned alot today. sad

You learnt nothing. Maybe you should read deeper and not just pick or see issues on the surface. Don't just accept things you see online hook, line and sinker without looking or researching deeper. Go back and read how Aguiyi-ironsi became Head of States, and circumstances surrounding his assassination, and how the then Military Administrator of Old Western Region, Lieutenant Colonel Adekunle Fajuyi alerted him to a possible mutiny within the army, even sacrificing his own life in defense of Aguiyi-Ironsi. My friend, stop claiming victim in every situation, dey read, e get why.

You can believe it or not, na you sabi. If it exists or not, we will all know in the nearest future. But the fact that the refinery built in Lagos State by Dangote was suppose to have been situated in Tongeji island in Ikpokia, but for the greediness of a former Ogun State Governor. That only should tell you what sits beneath that part of the State alone.

Ogun State is immensely blessed with huge deposits of untapped natural resources. But I would rather the State leverage on its agricultural strength, however, as always, Nigerians like shortcuts to doing things, while the people are never patient enough to reap the benefits of long term developmental and economic plans, the various govts look for quick fixes to things. Governors don't like to invest in projects that won't yield until they are out of government, for the fear of abandonment by subsequent governments and not taking the full glory and reaping the financial result.

Oil and Gas leaves blood and crisis at Its wake at the host community.

Not a troll, let me shalaye to you, Asisat is out of that squad. Not even on loan. Your love for asisat shouldn’t blind you. You won’t find this honour in her profile. Come to reality pls.

Oga, she was named in the team's UCL squad and played a part in the journey. Whether permanently sold or not, like any unused substitute, she is entitled to a medal after the team's triumph. Barcelona even displayed her Jersey in their dressing prior to the match. Although I can admit it's a little complicated how this is, but I know it will be cleared up in the coming days.

I do hope so because nearly getting there twice can affect the players and besides, more team will likely get better next season and I foresee a stiffer competition for the EPL!

Let's wait and see, maybe it is the stiffer competition that will push the team towards the title.

If arsenal do not win it this season and go trophyless once again,it will be demoralizing and frustrating for the players!

Same thing was said after last season, they will only get stronger and more determined.

people kept saying Arsenal arsenal.. Arsenal still don't have that winning the league mentality.. anytime United and Chelsea are in a good shape. They always win a major trophy at least.. that can't be said of Arsenal. To me,, the team still lacks depth or I really don't know what's wrong with the team...

I think the players and most of the fans get carried away quickly when things are going smoothly for the team, before you know, they stumble, and before they recover, others have taken advantage. Worst part, it happens at crucial moments, when they can't make up for the lost grounds again.

A little bit more investments into the team especially the no 9 role and a back up for Saka ( he looks jaded, he has been over used). Not just him, Saliba and Gabriel too before they burn out.

Of course, I don't expect less from Chelsea, but Arsenal will be stronger and more ruthless next season too. Since Arteta took over, the team keeps getting better every season.

Romance / Re: My Relationship Of 7 Years Is Going Down. I Need Help!!! by humberjade: 5:12am On May 15
I don't understand this guy o, someone has been in close contact with a guy with whom she served, obviously with some s*xual encounters too. Now, she served with the guy in 2021, work in the same Fin Institution, and your relationship with her is 6 years... doesn't that tell you something? She has been cheating on you ever since, and during those times she was trying to find ways to catch you in the act of wrongdoing, she wanted a valid reason (excuse), no matter how little, to end the relationship.

Now she also wants you to be the one to end the relationship. 😅 She is just like a football club manager who has a mouth watering offer from a new club, but doesn't want to resign, starts a losing streak, waiting for his current club to boot him out so that he can collect a heavy payoff, in her own case, she wants to remain the victim till the end while still enjoying goodies ftom you. "He cheated on me, and still jilted me", werey girl.

May the hold she has on you be broken. Count your loses and move on.

Nah only the few Arsenal fans wey dey naive or overly confident dey hope sey Man City go drop points, as soon as Villa defeated Arsenal, I knew it was a done deal. Even if Madrid were to go to the Etihad to play the last match instead of West Ham, dem go collect. City are masters of League run ins, you have to be perfect to outrun them.
