I am quite sure some peeps wouldn't want to be part of this because they might be up for nominations in the elections proper. In order to put their fears to rest, do we separate planning from those who would be involved in the actual elections?

At least with this they can contribute actively without being relegated to the background in the elections proper. I won't be part of the elections so I can be involved in both but the others might have some reservations.

What do you guys think?

Those on the Panel can still be nominated, but votings should be handled by different people. Some who isn't a regular here, someone who knows nobody here grin
