Chidiebere- Nwakali gate is not forgotten by me. It's corruption too..

I am waiting for his 35 man list. Though, I heard he among all the 32 teams going to the world Cup wants to release 30 man list. If true then I know Rohr is corrupt.
you have always said rohr was corrupt....

don't worry rohr won't be taking nwakali to the world cup...

Paul onuachu was on the verge of getting a call up before he got injured which kept him out for a long time. rohr monitors his progress and even advised him some time ago to push for a move away from the danish league. rohr has a strong scouting network which gives him report of the exploits of Nigerian players both home and European groomed. he is not like our lazy indigenous coaches who only monitor our players through complete sports newspaper and news gotten from the internet cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy. i remember few years ago a certain Nigerian player was making in his club in Europe but was yet to get an invite to the super eagles, this got tongues wagging and when the then national team coach was interviewed on why the lad have been ignored the gaffer's response was if the boy is ready to play for Nigeria that he should place a call to him grin grin grin grin grin grin
I think that coach was keshi....

a coach blessed good game tactics but biased and corrupt team selection ruinned his success with the super eagles....
starting from his fight with adebayo...he sold himself into corruption.

Etebo was one of the first players Rohr inquired about on assuming the SE job because of the player’s exploits at the olympics. However he was injured at that time.
Etebo will most likely make the 23 man list. Will he start? His performance in the friendlies to come will determine.
which sane coach will not inquire of a player who still manage to score 4 goals in a competitive match despite all the circumstances the team went through and the jet lag....

Please remind me when Imo Ezekiel was called up by rohr and the game he played ?

I guess rohr has not seen Paul onachu in Denmark because that guy has not been bad and I am not saying he should be invited I am just making an example
after the Olympics...he was among those called up by rohr.
and for Paul...we all here know that rohr is a very conservative coach and also the RSA loss taught him a big lesson reason why he retreats on his gradual inclusion of young lads into the team....

Paul will get his time.

I be little fierense just the way super eagles coaches has also be little others league like Denmark and even Belgium apart from Simon Moses and onyekuru

I am just making example as you said I belittle others league,I am not saying etebo doesn't deserve call up or others,my opinion is not the coach opinion
I don't think rohr belittle other leagues it has to do with how well the players impressed him and what they have to offer the team...
because if your assertion was true...don't think someone like shehu in lowly Cyprus will even get a looked in let alone a call up....

some of these players it depends on how well they grabbed the opportunity...
I remember when imoh Ezekiel was called by rohr...he never impressed him...me too wasn't surprised because I saw how individualistic he was during the Olympics and I sure know...he gonna show same character to rohr.....

he progressed well and played his heart against Algeria...

often we blame komekn for belittling other leagues aside the epl and here you're belittling a Portuguese league club.... if the npfl players can make the super eagles team..what forbid a player plying his trade in a better more organised league and well rated foptball nation from getting super eagles call up?

only a clueless coach will ignore such a player after his exploits in under 23 all Africa games... and the Olympics.

you think rohr is not wise for giving him a chance...in his first match against Algeria he played to the satisfaction of the German.

you see you do not even know the full story and here you are saying rubbish.

Ideye moved to a new club sometime between 2013 and 2014, somehow he didn't pay his agent his own share of the transfer fee(selfishness). Then when it was time to release the list, the agent contacted Keshi and pointed out what happened, after which Keshi told Ideye to pay up his agent or lose his spot, Ideye didn't pay his agent what he was rightly owing him and he lost his spot, to me that is absolutely fair and balanced. If you have a football competition or quiz competition when I was in the university, if you do not pay your school fees you are out, no matter how good you are and that was what Keshi did, blame here should go to Ideye
you rarely pass your point across without drifting to insults reason why I sometimes avoid debate with you...your first sentence was unnecessary

is it that you have forgotten his near MoM performance against Algeria? Against SA he was even better than Ndidi and factually everybody was bad on the day, in the return leg against Algeria he may have had a bad game, not sure there is any player who has never had one.

What is your definition of creativity anyways? You are narrowing down creativity to only mean 'creative passes', we also have creative runs(Etebo's strong point if you watched that Olympic games and the qualifiers. We also have creative runs oh, which Etebo is also good at. So he is creative, not Mikel type creative but definetly more creative than anyother midfielder we have in the first team, by that I mean Ndidi and/or Onazi
I am with you on this ..bro..
a combination of mikel and etebo in the middle make sense....
I will want us to take the game to the Croatia...

well, there are others who have done better.

Let's leave out his shooting abilities, he has just one goal for the senior team, so it can't be that awesome.

Etebo is a good player, that is not in doubt, but like I said, I think he's overrated in the national team
yeah sure...they're others who have done better....
but when one take a swipe at his few months experience playing in la liga already played with crots la liga stars ..his work rate and ability to combine well with mikel upfront...passing accuracy.... one will give him a go ahead... also he barely make rough tackles
against Croatia I will want him play.... combine well with ndidi in the middle...
anyway let's see how the friendlies and rohr camping scheme turns out...

how effective is he? Ability is different from effectiveness.

He can run, he has pace, he is mobile. That's all good, but all his running and mobility doesn't have the desired end product
I trust him to always do well whenever he play with mikel....
the Olympics and the Algeria match...attest to this....
he is someone that can shoot accurately from a distance too...

thank you. All this Etebo talk is because of his performance for Las Palmas, there are no guarantees he will perform same way for Eagles

So, I cannot in good faith, ask for Etebo to start our opening game when his performance in the GwG is underwhelming next to his Las Palmas performances
etebo pace is something that he has going for him....
he is better mobile and more offensive minded than either ogu/onazi....

Anderlecht, Club Brugge Favoured As Liverpool Awoniyi Shuns Interest From Greek Side PAOK

https://i0.wp.com/owngoalnigeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/IMG_4424.jpg

On loan Liverpool forward Taiwo Awoniyi has shunned interest in his services from Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki who are among clubs keen on signing him on loan next season.

Awoniyi who is presently out injured for the rest of the season has emerged as a target for several European teams, thanks to his dazzling display for modest Belgian side Mouscron.

Greek side PAOK made contact with the representatives of the forward who scored ten goals in 31 games this season before his injury but the striker want to remain in Belgium.

Anderlecht and Club Brugge are in a two way battle to sign him on loan from Liverpool next season. He is also eager to join any of the above mentioned team as he has already applied for a Schengen visa for his wife to-be to enable her join him in Belgium.
He is due to get married to his girlfriend in June as first reported by this portal, and he has already started plans of having her with him in Belgium clearing the way for either Anderlecht or Club Brugge to sign him.

the problems we are having in this country is that we simply don't feel for each other...

I remember a day at work...that day we had so much crowd...customers were much that day.... and i was assigned to manage the Queue that day.... while managing the customers...one customer whom I try manage with his wife...after he has been attended to went to my manager's office to report me...that he does not think I am fit enough for the job....me not good enough...

and same day...I had up to 3 customers commend me for my conduct..one even give me gift...

I was downcasted when my manager communicated that customer report to me...being that she knows how good I have been she only advised me and we moved on...

but of a truth...that customers report in some settings could cost someone his/her job...
many people rarely think prior their actions.

Still what I am talking about. Still want to feel cool even under an urgent/emergency situation.
humans are not robots...
you don't expect humans to act perfect all the time...
I was discussing with my colleagues the other day... they've been cases where the customer care representatives will deliver an exceptional service to the customers...and there are other times he/she may not meet up.... but still a reasonable customer should as well put his/her self in the CCR shoes and not go report him/her immediately...whereas same customer won't dare commend in times she does well...

sometimes good we learn to feel for others.... and create excuse for them..
we too are not perfect in doing our work..

On what ground should we be doomed if Mikel is our best player? Has he done anything to signify that he cannot hold the mantle when necessary?
