Yes book an appointment and still do your biometrics , they will update the new biometrics . If they have not send a web mail .
if not , even if you have a new 10 yrs passport . They will only give you 3 yrs ..

Please who else is getting this "Unknown error occurred" message on the application portal? It's been showing this for days.

Good evening everyone. I would like to apply for a visit visa this month. My cousin told me to find out what information should be included in the invitation letter and what documents are required from him.
Secondly, I was denied a study visa in 2015, I have the UCI number, is it still valid? I also have a valid express entry profile that would expire next month.
I am not in Nigeria right now, I live and work abroad. There is no Canadian embassy here, so I have to travel to Nigeria for biometrics if my UCI number is no longer valid.

I created my profile sometime in July (2021). However, since this year, I have not been able to view the status of my application. Anytime I login to my GCkey account, it redirects me to a page that shows "welcome xxxxx' but no option to click on "View submitted application''.

What could be the problem?

Please, I have a question.

I was denied study visa in 2015. I intend to submit my application for Express Entry. In the section where they asked 'have you applied to Canada Immigration, Refugees and citizenships before' , should I choose YES or NO.

I just want to be sure.
